Pros: Other than the fact that the car was clean, and that It functioned with no major issues - there isn't any compliment that I can truly give to this service.

Cons: The car has no android support, no USB sockets (lucky I brought one from home and installed it), no cellphone handle for Waze and easy navigation... I also didn't find the car manual or any other guide in the car. The car wasn't fully tanked when we began our trip. Even though we returned the car during daylight and during working hours, the car inspection wasn't performed at the time of return, but only after several days, delaying the release of my credit card deposit. Mediocre at best.

Pros: Only that the car drove without breaking down, that's all there is positive to say really. Drop off was fairly straight forward, but risky. We were told to leave the car unlocked, with the key under the drivers mat!

Cons: Representative was not there to meet us, no desk. A lady organising taxis thankfully helped out, by calling them to see where they'd got to. The guy eventually turned up around half hour later. The car we'd booked was a new Ford Focus or equivalent, which was supposed to have a full tank of fuel. What we got was a 10+ year old Vauxhall Astra, which was covered in marks/scratches, and had 85,000 miles on the clock. The fuel tank was almost empty and we struggled to fit our luggage in the boot.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Tourism levy, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Drivers between the ages of 23 and 24 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 3 year(s).
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Cash, Debit cards.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Ski rack, Bicycle rack, Delivery fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

There is a charge of 4.50 EUR per day per driver.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available by previous request and for an extra charge of 20 EUR.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 15 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 22 EUR.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
