Pros: Good all round service

Cons: Trying to locate on arrival.

Pros: Cyprus-Carrentals are not one of the biggest rent-a-cars but they try to accommodate the customer. The initial car had an issue in the middle of my vacation, so a replacement was arranged to prevent further damage (without complications even if it was national holiday). The second car was quite new and much better than the older one.

Cons: Car care could be little bit better just to prevent customer complaints and possible minor issues - engine oil and cooling fluid were over the maximum, the back tires were quite worn-out but less than 4-year old.

Pros: Everything went to plan with no issues. ευχαριστώ.

Cons: No issues to report, other than the parcels shelf was a little annoying as it was damaged from previous use, but a very small matter.

Pros: The time picking up and dropping off the car was not too long

Cons: The vehicle was awful - see above. The greeter had to be phoned at the airport to be found as he was not waiting for us.

Pros: The car wasn’t new, but I was expecting that so no bother, that was even a plus,

Cons: 12 year old car with a nasty clutch and gearbox, poor brakes and filthy grubby interior. Poor value and disappointing car.

Pros: Other than the fact that the car was clean, and that It functioned with no major issues - there isn't any compliment that I can truly give to this service.

Cons: The car has no android support, no USB sockets (lucky I brought one from home and installed it), no cellphone handle for Waze and easy navigation... I also didn't find the car manual or any other guide in the car. The car wasn't fully tanked when we began our trip. Even though we returned the car during daylight and during working hours, the car inspection wasn't performed at the time of return, but only after several days, delaying the release of my credit card deposit. Mediocre at best.

Pros: The representative just got on with providing the car, no upselling, it was a pain free service

Pros: Meeting representative was good, speed of paperwork completion was efficient and the car pick-up acceptable

Cons: Car itself could have been a bit newer and the air-con more efficient.

Cons: Side lights on car didn't work - but head lights did.

Pros: It was a cheap and cheerful car but it didn’t let us down and the staff service (from Nikos) was excellent!!

Cons: The car was of poor quality, (see above). It didn’t seem safe when you were driving it and struggled to make it up the hill where I lived, even first struggled at times!!

Pros: Only that the car drove without breaking down, that's all there is positive to say really. Drop off was fairly straight forward, but risky. We were told to leave the car unlocked, with the key under the drivers mat!

Cons: Representative was not there to meet us, no desk. A lady organising taxis thankfully helped out, by calling them to see where they'd got to. The guy eventually turned up around half hour later. The car we'd booked was a new Ford Focus or equivalent, which was supposed to have a full tank of fuel. What we got was a 10+ year old Vauxhall Astra, which was covered in marks/scratches, and had 85,000 miles on the clock. The fuel tank was almost empty and we struggled to fit our luggage in the boot.

Pros: Nikos was great, dealt with him on pick up and drop off. He even searched for my daughter's lost cardigan!! Excellent 👍
