Pros: Everything was great! At the airport, a company representative met us, helped with luggage and finished all the paperwork. Less than 10 minutes of short walk to the car and we were on our way. The car was a bit old, sometimes with noise in the engine belt and sometimes in the mirror, but clean and spacious (Nissan Note). On the way back, we left the car at a gas station (where you can also refuel) and returned home. Highly recommended, great company

Pros: Very very efficient, online check in and met at arrivals by a representative who completed the deposit. Car was very clean and in great condition. On drop off, to make our lives easier with a toddler in a baby seat, the representative drove us in the car to departures making it a seemless process. Whatsapp communication was reassuring and deposit returned straight away after car returned

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: JCB, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card, American Express credit card, Union Pay.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following territory: Northern Cyprus.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee. Additional charges will be applied.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Cyprus.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes. If the customer is late for a return for more than 45 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
