Pros: Nothing at all! They supplied a very sub standard vehicle that would not even be considered roadworthy in the uk! We have photos & videos... Rear 2 rows of seats broken & not bolted down properly & moved.... The key fob failed on 2nd day -waste of time reporting that! A few days later the rear tailgate jammed/ would not open after a shopping trip with a boot full! Swapped for 2nd minibus that had gearbox/engine starter issues!! Shocking overpriced defective -customer service non existent!

Cons: Promised on 2 occasions a manager would call & vehicle would be sorted.....still waiting.... Horrendous experience totally.... We were away for my eldest daughters wedding - a lovely time would have been nice without the stress all this caused.... Numerous calls/ trips back to sixt at the airport .... Disgusted with SiXT .... Have hired vehicles all over Europe/ the Caribbean & this experience was by miles the worst & by far the most expensive we've ever had to pay!!

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 500.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
