Pros: Fast drop off

Cons: Not in the airport as described, extra insurance added so value for money quickly changed, condition of car wasn’t good even when told it was brand new car

Cons: The agreed check in @ A/P- did not happen-we were taken to an off site Office in the Sticks. We then had to find our own way out of the maze of back unlit roads. Shambles. The Ordered car was Petrol and NOT diesel. We had confirmation that The Petrol Tank was Full to Full. On collecting the car they changed it to Empty to Empty. Not good. The car was covered in dents and scratches which we only saw & photographed the next day in daylight. We collected the Car in A dingy unlit car park unable

Pros: Agent stated that my credit card declined when it was not so had to call my bank in uk they confirmed no problem with my card so I think this was a way of putting customers at pressure and finding way to charge more money .Very unfair at critical time at night and when you are with family in an unknown location in another country.

Cons: Car provided was not the type of car we requested ,one light was not working

Cons: Not in terminal, not even at airport, no one there to meet us, answer on the phone after three attempts, then 20 minutes to arrive, attempted to change us more on return of car "we have to pay commission for the rental"!

Pros: Good value. Polite service in English. At first the agent wanted to charge us for a second driver but when we showed him that our voucher said “Free second driver” he immediately waived the additional charge.

Cons: The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had a lot of burn marks on the seats. The “check engine” light was on. In spite of that, the car ran well and the price was right. The biggest challenge was that we had to phone Eren car rentals to meet us at the airport. As a tourist, how are you supposed to call if you don’t have a local SIM card? Once you leave the Arrivals terminal, you can’t get back in. We finally found a cafe with wifi and made a Viber Out call. Then agent came promptly.

Pros: The whole rental experience was really good. Professional efficient service from start to finish. I was given a Renault clio automatic, the car was like new, in great condition, very clean. The staff are friendly and picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.

Cons: Could have explained basic handling of car. Dropping the car off at their office was very hard as our satnav did not pick up a signal and it was a nightmare finding the office, although near by the airport but with heavy traffic all around.

Pros: The person from Eren rent a car called us and we found him really easy, and his language skills was really good.

Cons: The overall condition of the car wasnt that good, it took a while for air conditioner to make the interior cool. The baby seat was so bad and dangerous to use. We paid for it, but we didnt use it at all, my wife just had the baby tight all the time, which was also dangerous, but for us it was the better choice. Overall I thank the Eren car, other than, babyseat and some condition of the car, everyrhing were perfect especially the persons who work there. I appreciate that brothers. 😊

Pros: I received the car with empty tank, not fuel at all that it is an unconvinced when you just arrive from other country late at night.

Cons: Service was very good, the agent who give me the car was very professional and kind. His English is very good so we had good communication, he was very helpful

Cons: Having to call someone at the airport because I couldn’t find the desk. Waiting 15 minutes for the agent to arrive because he wasn’t at the airport. Taken on a 15 minute drive to some back street in Antalya to where the office actually was. Trying to sell me full insurance coverage when I already had it.

Cons: They only had a more expensive car to offer. They tried multiple tricks to make me pay more for it (presenting it as a lucky find, then trying to convince me to buy the full insurance). When I disagreed, they implemented their final trick: they did something that their POS couldn't block Turkish Lira on my German credit card (the card was quite healthy, we had support from Germany on line). This way, after having waited for 1+ hour in their office, I had to pay 80 extra Euros!

Cons: The car provided was much lower quality the car booked: Octavia vs Fiat Egea. The staff tried to persuade me that it is the same category, however, the online price for Octavia was almost double (what I actually paid). After long negotiations finally, Megane was provided the next day, but the low beam bulb wasn't working and the wheel alignment clearly required.
