Pros: Nothing

Cons: The fact that our flight was delayed until after the hire desk closed, and despite being given the flight number (so you could supposidly be aware and be helpful with any delays) our booking was cancled by the company and refused to give any refunds or to provide us with the car on the subsequent day. In essence we were conned out of our booking and money.

Pros: Staff friendly and courteous.

Cons: Time to get the car and constant add on pitches. The wasn’t cleaned properly and existing dents/scratches not clearly marked on agreement. Glad I took photos before leaving hence no issue on return.

Pros: Ace wasn’'t found, no indication that we had to go to Ok Mobil cars, spent 3 hours to found it out. All Phone nummers didn’'t exist, except the US nummers which is too expensive to call to. Discover cars respondenten after 4 days

Pros: Pick Up location on airport, ease and value for money

Cons: No issue with Ace but "hard sell scare tactic" from Gold Car for excess insurance even when I showed the customer service team the stand alone Policy I already held to cover this risk. Still tried to tell me I would be at risk which is not the case.

Pros: The car was of a good specification and the hire cost was very competitive

Cons: I wanted to avoid Goldcar because of their bad reputation, so rented through Ace that used Rhodium desks which turned out to be Goldcar. Having said that, I had a good experience other than the petrol was not full.

Pros: The service was baad the car doesn't want to start and I tray to call assistance but nobody answered me and I have a witness for that ,the car I got was wrong car with scratch on the door and no body interested because they told me am a last driver for this car

Cons: The car that I rented I suppose to pay for it 133euro but the disc he charge me 400euro :-(
