Pros: They were expecting us beforehand The check-in and check-out procedures were fast The car was up to the standards (on the site it was Volkswagen Polo we got a new Opel Corsa) No problem with retrieving the deposit

Cons: The additional driver was free in our offer but the rental company wasn’t informed straight up. On the site it kind of looks like the free additional driver is included but lower it says that the extras can be added and than it looks as if the client didn’t add any drivers. I had a proof of my customer service conversation so I could show that I in fact have a free additional driver in the offer and it wasn’t a problem but I don’t know what would happen if I didn’t have a proof.

Pros: The service was pretty fast and efficient, without much fuss. It would have been faster if the shuttle would have been waiting for us at the airport, but we had to call and wait to for the driver to pick us up. The car was clean and reliable and I loved that it came with the tank full.

Cons: The price was very high, higher than any rental I have paid for anywhere in the world, including a camping van for 2 weeks in Iceland. It was the market price for Corfu, but still too expensive and poor value for the money. I opted for Fiat 500 (or similar) and expressly specified in the rental form that I want the Fiat. After I filled the forms and paid the deposit, they gave me a Citroen C3, though they had 2 Fiat 500 waiting in the parking lot, claiming they have none available.

Cons: Vehicle was old and had several damages all over the body work. Interior was extremely dirty with stained upholstery. Air conditioning did not work properly and required re-gas. Out of hours drop off fee was charged but no representative to collect car or provide transport to the airport so had to drop off keys in the box and walk to the airport.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 985.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 73 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.




Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
