Pros: They were communicative, the process went super fast to get the rental, the car was in really good condition, the price was incredible. They picked us right up from the airport to bring us to the car rental and when we returned the car the very kind lady gave us a lift into town. Highly recommended!!!

Cons: our car did not have a full tank of gas, it was dirty on the outside and inside but honestly it did what it needed to do so considering how little I paid, I would 100% rent from y'all again and recommend using your company as well. Very satisfied.

Pros: They at least rented us a car, and were responsive when I called for questions. Checkout was simple.

Cons: Check-in took forever! Almost an hour and a half and we were the only people there checking-in (there was no line) They weren't at the terminal waiting for us when we landed as said, so I had to call when we arrived to get them to send the van to take us to the rental location. Then the car they gave us was absolute crap. Had tons of body damage and had no power - it couldn't make it up hills on Corfu. Worst rental car I've ever had.

Pros: Staff efficient and speak good English . Airport shuttle good.

Cons: we picked up a fiat panda which had been in a collision 2 hours earlier . Had very large indentation and scratch down one side . Staff said they had checked over the car and it was safe to drive. We took pictures of car and I said I was not happy and wanted different car. They refused. We took the car and it was obvious it had not been checked as there was no screen wash in the car and it was dirty inside. The petrol was on 3 bars not half or full .

The employe said this was not an problem. When we came back with the car skg wanted to charge us for the scratches and ditches that was already on the car. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 750.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize, Compact Elite a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.
To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Maestro, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

American Express is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Express Service, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 22 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
