SKG Rent A Car at Corfu Airport

Pros: Fast and professional

Pros: It was terrible from the beginning to the end. Simply a cheat.

Cons: We were given a junk compact car instead of the SUV we rented and told us this a " similar " car.

Pros: The employee on the front desk was polite and helpful

Cons: Very bad system when they have to deal with problems regarding the car. They didn't want to change the car which run out of battery and I had to call the central office. The employee during the call was ironic and in the end they changed the car which was smelling awful and in a very bad condition.

Pros: Top service from late night pick-up to 9pm drop-off. Can't recommend them enough, than you.

Cons: The cauction what I paid with Debit card was late to be refunded. I had to call my local bank to get back the money. But it was not a problem for them, because I had the paper "the car was OK, refundable".

Cons: The employee who assisted us was quite rude: at the time of pick-up for the airport, accusing us of being an hour late (it's a plane, sir: we have no power over delays) and at the time of drop-off, almost laughing when we asked to be updated on the arrival of the shuttle after waiting for more than 25 minutes. This is the first time we have encountered such unprofessional behaviour.

Pros: Easy and fast, good shuttle service to the airport. Good that you are not at the airport, so I could avoid stressfull Traffic in the center

Pros: Het was erg goed geregeld. De auto die we hadden had een kapotte lamp voor en werd gelijk omgeruild voor een nieuwe auto. Service echt top en ook goed en gezellig geholpen door Chris! Een jongen die ook in Nederland heeft gewoond en we hier Nederlands mee konden spreken. SKG was echt top en het kon niet beter geregeld zijn! Ook netjes van en naar het vliegveld gebracht.

They picked us right up from the airport to bring us to the car rental and when we returned the car the very kind lady gave us a lift into town. Highly recommended!!!

Pros: They at least rented us a car, and were responsive when I called for questions. Checkout was simple.

Almost an hour and a half and we were the only people there checking-in (there was no line) They weren't at the terminal waiting for us when we landed as said, so I had to call when we arrived to get them to send the van to take us to the rental location. Then the car they gave us was absolute crap. Had tons of body damage and had no power - it couldn't make it up hills on Corfu. Worst rental car I've ever had.

Pros: Renting a car can feel like such a hassle but SKG was attentive friendly and easy. I enjoyed the call to advise me where thr rrepsresentsrife was and the call to check in when I was returning. Made me sense they cared about me.

Cons: we picked up a fiat panda which had been in a collision 2 hours earlier . Had very large indentation and scratch down one side . Staff said they had checked over the car and it was safe to drive. We took pictures of car and I said I was not happy and wanted different car. They refused. We took the car and it was obvious it had not been checked as there was no screen wash in the car and it was dirty inside. The petrol was on 3 bars not half or full .
