Centauro at Corfu Airport

Pros: Friendly staff, did not try to up sell or rip me off.

Pros: The offices looked cleaned. They offered pickup

Cons: Employees were rude, in front of me they spoke badly of other customers and I could understand because I was Greek but they weren’t. The whole operation was a scam. We had a flat tyre within a 20 minute drive. They wanted to charge me €400 and falsely claimed that I had a car accident keeping my security deposit. All this as punishment because I didn’t purchase their insurance. I had to call the police. Their tires were old and worn with bits missing

Cons: We were late to collect our car and the booking was cancelled. No refunds

Pros: Centauro is the best, always use them when I travel to Corfu, great staff, brand new cars

Pros: The car itself was OK, but it wasn't the car classe which i had booked.

Cons: See above, of which i made a complaint to Discover cars. Further they were pushing to sell their own insurance. They delivered a smaller car, because of the end of the season. Out booked car classe was not available, but they would have known that when they confirmed the booking earlier.

Cons: My issue is with Discovery Cars. They gave the impression the car could be rented from the airport whereas it was located outside the airport. More importantly Discovery Cars stated that we should discuss with the Centauro office about returning the car, knowing full well that the car had to be returned to Centauro's premises. Discovery Cars also knew/or should have known that Centauro did not open till 7am however we were seeking to return it before 6am.

Pros: nothing

Cons: they did not take verification of status fo the car during picku up, just wated from me to take video. I forgor to take video about car wheels, disks, so they "founed" litle demage of it. But I did not know that I was parking o strange parts of road/walking roads. Air condition worded as it wanted. (sometimes yes, sometimes not)

Pros: Waited for our very delayed flight arrival to ensure we got our car.

Cons: The car wasn't very clean inside, had lots of sand and some sticky sweets under the seats. As it was well past.midnighr we didn't notice until the next day.

Pros: Good drop off service.

Cons: Bus was difficult to find. Rental desk staff appeared disinterested when it was clear I would not be taking out their insurance and very unhelpful when I tried to extend the booking by 4 hours.

Pros: Awful experience. I purchased full insurance when booking with Discovery and the lady that helped me was beyond rude. First thing she said was “that insurance is no good, talk to Discovery, it has nothing to do with us”. She asked me to pay 180euros for additional insurance or 1200$. She also added they would take that money from me if there was a scratch on the car. Never again!

Pros: It was all good except the charge for the pickup

Cons: The flight was delayed and went passed there closing time. I phoned them and was told it would be 189 euros for them to wait half an hour or come back tomorrow morning. On arrival someone had waited 15 minutes but charged me and the other people in the van 40 euros each for a 15 minute delay.

Pros: speedy, waited for us despite being an hour late due to passport control

Cons: I would happily use them again. Aliki was lovely

Cons: They provided wrong fuel policy (same to same instead of full to full) and refused to compensate extra fuel we left them. (I specifically arranged Full to Full to avoid this issues as you can't left more fuel at drop off with full to full policy - only what you really use as opposite to Same to Same policy).

Pros: Excellent service and car from Centauro. The process was fast and efficient, the staff were very professional and friendly, the car was top class. Very impressed with the easy return too.

Cons: The pick up driver was the only agent who never bothered with a board I had to seek him out

Cons: A little slow and we were not met in the arrivals hall at the airport as we had been informed. Instead we had to phone to find out where they were and hunt for the shuttle bus!

Cons: who initially offered me a smaller vehicle than the one I ordered.

Cons: They gave me another car instead of the car I booked. They insisted on me to take the insurance even though I have an insurance with my card. 2 days later I find the tire flat poked from the side by something (not an accident) they charged me 320€ for it. I can change 4 tires of my BMW for that amount and still have money left. I do not recommend this company and never book from them again

Pros: Absolutely shocking rudest guy ever, threw the keys at me after trying to leva end abandoned at 11pm in Corfu.

Pros: very good and kind service. New car and nice people. They were very kind in bringing us to the airport something we forgot in the car.

Cons: We were charged a deposit, and I assume that this is due to the bank - but the deposit was charged on our card and only returned after we gave the car back. A deposit was not supposed to be charged at all. Just stay as a deposit. Also - we received the car with 10 Euro gasoline and were chrged for this, while we returned it with 50 Euro gasoilne and the company did not credited us for this.

Cons: You should emphasize that the office is outside the airport – and that there is a shuttle

Pros: The staff was very professional and courteous.

Cons: There was some difficulty in locating the company representative because it was a shuttle that arrives at the airport and there were a lot of vehicles from other companies. It is advisable to indicate the color of the vehicle, which is yellow, and this will make it easier to locate the representative.
