Cons: A car with four wheels and air conditioning. I don't remember ever getting a rental car without a central lock or electric mirrors like here. Damaged wiper.

Cons: exact car model not supplied, vw tcross instead of nissan . boot therefore smaller. its so hard to get the large boot size guaranteed renting a car. why is it so difficult to get required car. The boot on t cross is small compared to Nissan and almost caused us a huge problem of fitting everything in.

Cons: The instructions weren’t correct when I landed at Corfu; on arrival I was asked to enter the office and then told to step outside while they served another customer. I was given an old car (which I thought was fine because of the price I paid); on departing the rental property I felt the cars quality was poor and the brakes were very loose.

Cons: The agent did not want to rent me the car because the country where my driving licence is from is not on a specific list she had. She did not want to help me at any time and had a condescending attitude. I cancelled and was immediately able to rent a car with another company - smoothly and without any problems. I have hired cars in the past in Europe and USA and this is the first time this has happened. All in all, an unnecessary experience when landing on a beautiful island like Corfu.

Cons: There were few cars at the picking up office which I have ordered & seams where in better condition & I have asked why, but they refused to change

Cons: Nothing with the Service, which was fantastic. The car near the hand wasn’t something I was expecting, and had a number of minor defects to the exterior bodywork that I would preferred to have not had on a car.

Cons: When checking your car, with a representative of Dirent marking any damage, they were marking damage the size of a pin head. I was nervous that we would be tricked into paying an excess for a mark we had missed, no bigger than a pin head, but this proved unfounded. The car was basic. It sounded terrible when you turned it on. I'm not a mechanic but it sounded like the clutch was on its way out.

Cons: On arrival at airport I had to take shuttle bus which was quick and not a problem. Down side was that I thought to find a bus with the name "Discover cars". This is not the case and I had to make a phone call to find out who the renter was in order to find the bus. Probably I didn't pay sufficient attention to small print but it may be helpful to others to state in bold print who the rental company is to facilitate transport to the car.
