ABBYCAR at Corfu Airport

Cons: Le personnel était désagréable et n'a jamais voulu trouver de solution... Je n'ai jamais pu avoir ma voiture !

Pros: Quick collection & drop off. Mostly due to them not being busy that a particulary efficient or speedy team. Car suited its purpise but very basic model.

Cons: The price, given that we clearly ovwr paid they didnt even have the comoons sense to upgrade the car at the point of hand over, they clearly werent busy as off season so would have been easy was to solve the problem and not get this bad review.

Pros: Good car with good space, however, too many dents on the car.

Cons: The address provided in the email was wrong. After walking almost 20 minutes in the dark with baggage, there was someone telling us at the given address that we were at the wrong place. He said this happened a lot with Abby. Then when we went to pick up the car. It was a different year 208 than displayed on the discover cars site. This one didn't have android auto, navigation or even bluetooth.

Pros: It was straightforward and quick

Pros: They are rude, and will not use ever again.

Cons: The don't even know that visa infinity is the premium credit cards by visa

Cons: Them taking £1000 euros deposit out of my account and not blocking it !!!! I was told by one there agents I would have to wait 3- 6 months for my money back. Looked on line found lot’s of the complaints about waiting for deposit money back will not be using discover car . Com again!!!

Pros: Clear instructions from the staff at car pickup and quick procedure for car return

Cons: When I booked I selected AbbyCar near Corfu airport to return the car (I had no other option from discovercars.com website). When I picked up the car I asked if I could actually return it near the port but they told me that it was not possible (probably due to the fact that i booked via this website...).

Cons: A band of thieves. I didn't have a credit card and instead of accepting 600 euros in cash that I offered for insurance deposit, they wanted 140 euros over the contract non refundable to release the car. Upon dropping off the car the employee was deliberately stalling to return another 200 euros that they charged me as a security deposit for the car key, because I told her that I was in a hurry and needed the money to check in. Never picked me up from the airport. Overall terrible behavior.

Cons: Poor communication.they don’t give you the car advertised on website and all cars are old and battered.I was given the car with half fuel in tank and when I returned the car I accidentally filled the fuel tank to full and they didn’t even say thank you or return me any money Not very professional

Cons: Payment conditions. Sometimes could happend the situation that you have to dropp off the car earlier. (Illnes or other personal reasons) but there is no way how to get the payment for these days back. Maybe only part of it or voucher....someting. on the orher side the provider has definitely the car what can be offered.

Cons: FULL INSURANCE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE RENTAL. FULL INSURANCE 280 € PER 7 DAYS. I HAVE TO PAY 35€ TO RETURN BACK THE CAR AT 7.00 IN THE MORNING. NO AMEX ACCEPTED

Cons: They rented the car to someone else and did not show any concern. I was told that I hired the car through a ‘broker’ that being Discover Cars, and because of that it was their problem, not Abbycar’s.

Pros: Straight forward paperwork - deposit blocked and returned

Cons: Flight delayed. Had to lug cases to office outside airport entrance. Charged €35 euros for the delay in collecting. Car faulty after 3 days. Was advised to take car to local office that didn't exist. Returned car to airport office and was told we needed to turn aircon off when driving up hills to give car more power!!! Argued and got a replacement car which was fine. As the problem was resolved we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Pros: They dealt with me very quickly which is good important after a flight and where the temperature is 30c.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: car was at a good price but the car was full of damage but that was further no problem for us. We filmed it in the beginning and we didn't have problems by the return

Cons: The pick-up point is 500 mt away the airport and not 100 as described. The final checklist about car status was not filled properly (time, date and agent stamp were not written).

Cons: Overpriced insurance.We have rented a car several times and the insurance price was higher than renting a car for a week in the Canary Islands

Pros: That I was able to rent a car.

Cons: Directions to pick up office were terrible, they provide some address that leads you to an abandoned construction site. I also asked to be able to return the car 6 hours later that day and was charged for a full day (70 euro) which is criminal. The office was hot, and the lady was asking for proof of the first time I received my driver's license which I could not provide. Very expensive, and these people just take advantage of tourists.

Pros: The service overall was customer friendly.

Cons: No full coverage offered by the local office although I paid discovercars.com for it

Pros: Olga and Erica were excellent and they provided a very good car in excellent customer service I ended up returning to them for 4 weeks in a row.

Cons: They hold the deposit for a long time

Cons: We were told we would be met at the airport waited 45 mins then were told They dont meet at the airport anymore and had to walk to the office

Cons: From airport we could not find any information where to go to pick up a car. We asked a bus driver and he pointed into very rainy day and said walk 500m, than while on our way we asked at other rental service and they said "just wait in front of departure exit from the airport and after 20minutes of waiting we asked a taxi driver where to go and he pointed the same direction as the bus driver but said walk 100m. So we walked and totally drenched due to rain we accidentaly found abbycar. Sad.

Pros: easy, simple, and the staff are kind

Cons: the car is a bit outdated, but was ok on value for money.

Cons: Drop off was poor, I recommend you video the whole car top to bottom covering every inch when you pick the car up to avoid a scam!
