Cons: it took 2 hours to make a contract, because the discovercars contract did not count. Somebody in front of me waited 4 hours! Imagine doing this if you need to get somewhere or take a plane back...

Cons: It took us 45 minutes to get the shuttle to the office. Once there, service was very slow. Had to wait outside in the heat. Small stuffy office. They automatically cancelled my reservation because of flight delay. Didn't release my security deposit after returning the car - said it would take 3 weeks,

Cons: Car provided not same as booked. Fuel sensor didn't work.
Cons: Child seat was in terribly bad condition, it was falling apart! Car tyres were 6yrs old and had damages. No windscreen fluid or water in the car. Service agent tried to overcharge me 20 euro for the child seat I've already paid for. we had to wait 1.5 hours to pick up the car even though I've booked the pick-up hour. afterwards , upon drop off when I told.them I could be late with 1.5 hour I was told that I will be charged 35 euro for every hour after the first.
Pros: The drop off was really quick
Cons: They note every miniscule scratch on the car, which makes you really nervous, because it's impossible not to get some new ones while driving in Korfu. I wanted to drop off 2 hours later, and they wanted 70 euro for this, even though there was no order for the car

Pros: I liked the way how the employees behave with the customer before me. She was absolutely not satisfied with car she was provided, so she was screaming a lot. Also in this situation the staff was calm and polite.
Cons: We were provided free upgrade from booked modern SKODA CITYGO (or similar) to super old NISAN. The car was much more older than expected not only due to old interior but mostly due to worn out texture on steering wheel and gear lever. When turning on the AC (with no cool air)the car made strange noises. .After dropping of the car, we waited for shuttle bus, but as it didnt come in more than 15minutes we went to the airport by foot. We didnt see by our walk any shuttle bus so better not to wait?
Pros: Efficient and good value for money. No anxiety picking up or dropping off the car.

Cons: customer service was poor, unhelpful obstructive and almost rude, no explanation with deposits taken, car was old, several dents already present and not a pleasure to drive, and not thoroughly checked - oil inspection light on when picked up, tyree pressure alert after 5 mins of driving.

Pros: I just lost time and money to communicate with amateurs in car rentals. They are offering low prices to attract customers but they are trying to find ways to charge you more. There were many customers outside their office complaining about old cars and extra charges. Thank God I decided to cancel the reservation and move one with a professional competitor.

Cons: The car was a wreck, the first car had a defective steering pump and the car howled when I turned steering wheel The second car was in a very poor condition and did not look like a hire car, it was more like something someone had part exchanged after 10 years of use and not been cleaned

Cons: I don’t understand why they can’t take deposit from debit card and because this issue they force you to take kind of special insurance 12€ or 20€.per/day and only in this case they can take half/non of deposit amount While in United States I took many time times rent car from different brands and it was not a problem to block deposit on my card (Czech Banks). So to compare, i took a year ago in Miami Jeep Wrangler for 10 days while in Corfu for the same amount i have Smart for4
Pros: Greek agents spoke good English, clear information about what was being spent etc.
Cons: The car was 2000km overdue it’s service. No auxiliary cable or mobile telephone mount provided/offered.
Pros: the lady at handover understood how badly damaged the car was so she spent a lot of time making sure that every bit of damage was logged on the handover sheet
Cons: the car was a wreck, the clutch was very worn and the windscreen wipers were dangerous. There was not a single panel on the car that was not scratched or damaged.

Pros: Good price. Ease of desk and pick up location. Reasonableness of agent.
Cons: First car offered (fiat panda) was so badly scarred from previous usage that we rejected it. Spent almost 45 minutes after cataloguing faults with the panda and then being offered a Nisan Micra. Was by then dark as we set off acros the island. Windscreen was very smeared inside and made visibility very dangerous with oncoming traffic headlights.
Cons: To make it short: I've paid £22.77 online and was supposed to pay the rest in Corfu at the agent's desk. That was fine with me. What was not fine is the fact I was informed that I needed to use a credit card despite the fact I was allowed to pay with a debit card with discovercarhire. Since I didn't have one, I had to give them 340 euros of a deposit BUT ONLY if I bought an ADDITIONAL car insurance. It seems that the one I bought via discovercarhire was not enough. Same happened to people who were getting a car next to me.

Cons: No recognition of a returning customer asked for my details when they were already printed on the form so somebody on automatic pilot and not paying attention to the customer.I had to extend the time of return by 3 hours and paid extra for this but on returning the vehicle this amendment had not been changed on the paperwork so the customer service person looked in the file and found this to be the case.End of the season and seem very bored with their job on the desk.

Pros: Great supervisor on duty when we picked up the car as well as she promptly helped to release the pre-authorisation of the deposit which was fast and efficent, thank you.

Cons: The absence of an assistant in the car pound where we picked the car up, albeit late at night. We were concerned as to whether we should take the car when there was no man to explain the nuances of the vehicle.

Cons: 1. The agent arrived at 720 am while the car was supposed to be picked up at 7.00 and car was rented out at 745 I was charged out of business hours rate 2. Agent told me that there was a $990 hold on my credit card . The amount of deposit was not mentioned anywhere in the paperwork The neighboring Hertz counter had a $175 hold. In the background was a complaint letter which I photographed and sent about the delay in refund despite the renter not renting the car! Car was excessively damaged

Cons: We originally hired a small car through the website but it was not available. We accepted a larger car through the website but when we collected it, we had a small car. Ended up paying significantly more for it in the end as our original price included the extra driver and sat nav. Should have been 75 euros originally but cost us 110 in the end.
Cons: They tried to trick us when we handed back in, saying we had damaged the car, despite having full cover. They said they could charge because it was in the small print. Also you advised us less than 24 hours before that we required an IDP, despite me asking ahead...we wont book with you again.
Cons: I actualy paid £450 instead of the £225 I was quoted extra insured and out of hours fee and car was realy old and full of dents and scratchs we felt embarrassed driving round in it
Pros: Quick and easy
Cons: I was hit by out of office hours charges as their quote did not mention it, whereas others had. The first car provided had faulty headlights, luckily I was picking the car up during dark hours so I noticed it, had I picked it up during daylight I would have been stuck with a dangerous car. As far as the replacement car was concerned I discovered after leaving the airport that the wipers were falling apart and did not clear the windscreen, luckily I only had to use the wipers for a short period.
