Pros: Do not use them – they are a complete scam. They gave us an old car that broke down just 10 minutes after pick-up. We were left waiting for over an hour to get a replacement, and instead of offering any compensation, the staff were rude and unhelpful.

The child seat that was supplied was not cleaned properly. All in all, I would rather have paid more and not had these issues. I would not recommend.

Cons: Not much: there was confusion and a delay in locating King's Cars when we arrived. There was no sign of anyone from King's Cars to meet us outside the arrivals area. This was a discrepancy from the briefing info given on our car voucher - which said someone from Kings Cars would meet us. I asked someone from another car rental company where I could find King's Cars. they directed me to the right waiting point and told me to look out for a blue van: which arrived very promptly.

Pros: Our plane was delayed which made us 55 minutes late, we rang them twice and eventually a nice lady picked us up, Odd as I’d booked to collect the car from the airport not off site !?

Cons: The guy on the front desk was a bit annoyed when I told him I wanted to pay in EUR not GBP, and he had to load up the transaction on the card machine again. In fact he argued that I would only save a couple of pounds, and I had to counter-argue it's because I can save a couple of pounds that I want to do it!

Cons: Kings charged €150 for a call out for when the car battery failed (it was so old that it took 20 minutes to get the retaining nuts undone). Also arriving later than booked (by 3 hours), Kings claimed the car originally booked had been re-rented to someone else and charged for an upgrade. The owner was incredibly rude

Pros: The guys from the rental company were super kind and polite. I made an accident with the car, it was pretty bad, and they only asked us how we feel and if we have injuries, they provided us right away another in order to continue our vacantion. At the end of the trip they were again very polite and respectful with us, we did the paperwork related to the crashed car and they even explained us what should I do in order to recover my money from the insurance company. I highly recommend them!

Cons: When I got to the rental station they told ne I could t use my Amex card fir the deposit and charged me another 37 Euris. (More than the cost if the xarchirevand extra insurance). I che ked the voucher from discover cars and it was only written in the small print right at the bottom. Plus the car they have me was a 9 year old version of the one on the discover cars website

Pros: Everyone was very friendly and efficient, especially Nicolas. Everyone spoke good English. We had to defer the collection of the car by one day and they were very understanding and it was no problem to do that. We were asked to take photos of the car before we left which was a very good idea so that there were no issues on our return.

Cons: We had asked for the car to be provided with a full tank of petrol. This did not happen so we took a photo of the petrol gauge on collection. When we returned the car with the same amount that it had in it on our arrival, there was a query but this was soon rectified when we showed the photo of the (nearly empty) petrol gauge.

I was told.yo take photos of the car in the middle of the night with the car soaked in due/ humidity. Car had scratches that I found next day when in day light but can't prove it. Pros: Nothing good to write about them. All they tried to do was take advantage of strangers in a strange country who unable to understand their language. This was our worst experience Greece

Cons: The initial car was very old, with over 150000 km on the odometer. The seatbelts were not working, and the side mirrors did not move. I had to call them to replace the car the next day, which was done very quickly, efficiently and courteously. The other slight disappointment is that they expect us to keep a record of car damages, which could be onerous on the customers to demonstrate and to prove the fact that the car had no damages during the return of the car.

Pros: The first guy driving the Tolis shuttle car, a young man (blonde hair), was super rude and verbally aggressive and really for nothing. On the other hand, the staff member receiving the car at the end of our trip was so kind and helpful. I had difficulties finding the place to turn back the car. The rental price was decent. I've read horrible reviews about other rental companies in Corfu. The guys at Kings cars were not crooks, that's a good start. Overall, we were very sutisfied.

We rang the company as when we arrived we were told our booking was cancelled! We were told we had one hour grace and we were too late, apparently our car wasnt available anymore! Total lies! The man just shouted and shouted, refused to give his name and then hung up on us! Didnt help at all!

This was a small company and I have to say by far the best I have ever had. I am highly recommending them. Corfu is a great island that has to be explored by car. They refused to supply us with the correct car. 2. They refused to deliver the car to the hotel, claiming this requires 48h notice. It clearly doesn't! as stated on the reservation. 3. They claimed that delivering the car to the hotel would have costed 75 EUR, whereby in the reservation it was clearly stated 30 EUR. 4. They were rude.

The car I returned was in the same condition as when I picked it up. They've not allowed us to see the car. They've not responded to emails and have been aggressive and rude.

Cons: Communication prior to arrival in Corfu. Was not able to warn in advance by email that was arriving at airport 'on foot' rather than by air - so car not immeditely ready at agreed time. Was happy with service but it was unconventional as the car is picked up and delivered in the car park !

Pros: They were efficient and we found the representative very easily in a busy airport and the drop off went very smoothly

Cons: Advertising that is was a VW transporter when in fact all their fleet is Opel and just only one transporter. False advertising. It should have been Opel or it’s equivalent and not transporter or it’s equivalent. Fuel wasn’t full tank. So, in returning the car it was challenging to ensure that you have the correct fuel level in order not to put more or less. If it was full tank, it will be easier to refuel.

Good car hire and took a pragmatic approach to hiring the car due to the environment - basically there are lots of bushes and the roads are narrow, so provided you didn't scratch the car badly then they understood. Our travel companions, who didn't drive at all, had an argument when they returned the car in exactly the same condition!

Pros: Kings car rental are Thelos Car rental in Corfu they are known to defraud their clients deposit. I rented a car from them via Discover Car Hire on arrival I was greeted at the airport and taken to a car that had two dents on it. I pointed this to him he put it on the rental agreement ( I took pictures of the damage). On return of the vehicle there was no mention of the damage. On return to the uk , the deposit of 700 euros was deducted from my visa. The reason was for the damages that existed.

Cons: I don't think we got the correct category of car. We booked a Peugeot 308 and received a Skoda Fabia - these are shown as different on Kings Car rental website. Also the car was pretty run down and tatty.

Cons: We were given a very old car with all 4 doors incredibly creaking. Even worse, we had rented a Peugeot 308 or similar class vehicle but we were given a Fiat Punto which is definitely a class below vehicle.

Pros: They were able to change the date for delivery of the rental car necessitated by change of our flights. Delivered the car to our hotel on time as requested.

Cons: Car was supposed to be a Hyundai i30 or similar. Instead I got an older model Fiat Grande Punto. However, at least it was still an automatic as requested (although very under-powered) and had air-conditioning. In fact was probably better suited for driving around Corfu as the road surface conditions were very poor in some places. Their drop-off at the airport is not ideal in that they do not have a designated Kings car rental location. They did not waive the fee for the day I didn't have the car

Cons: The Chevrolet was rubbish, had paid for a Toyota Aygo or equivalent. It would have made a Fiat Panda feel like a Ferrari! Steering shook and screeched on full lock, the gear box was worn, and the paintwork looked like it was covering up having been in a serious collision.

Cons: They would NOT honor the agreement that I made with you and tried to extort 4000 Euros from me for insurance for the two vehicles. It was Sunday am and the agent would not help us at all, I had 18 clients who were waiting for a tour I could NOT provide due to King Car Rental. We had to go back to the port authority and rent several cars from Royal Car rentals who were very helpful and accomodating. This was a collossally horrific situation for us and I will NEVER use your company again

Pros: Representative met us right at the arrival hall and took us to car that was right outside. Perfect! Car was clean and in good condition. Highly recommended.

Cons: We had to wait on airport one hour before the renter game. Other firms people tried to help us but King´s Car Rental didn´t even answer the phone. When he at last came he didn´t say anyting to be sorry about one hour delay.

Cons: The car provided wasn't fit for purpose with broken central locking and broken air conditioning where we had to spend over 4 hours trying to get it sorted. Car was swapped but both vehicles were old and tired. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
