WheeGo at Vienna Airport

Pros: The representative at the desk was very helpful and provided full explanations. We received a relatively new car, clean and in excellent condition.

Cons: It would have been nice if a representative had accompanied us to pick up the car. But we managed anyway.

Pros: everything was perfect, easy booking, very good attitude from the employee, very good booking page and the car was great.

Pros: New, clean (upgraded) vehicle and no issues during the rental itself.

Cons: After returning the vehicle my credit card was charged an additional EUR 198.99 as an alleged “breach of contract fee” based solely on GPS/telematics data. I have formally disputed this charge. Such unexpected post-rental charges significantly undermine trust in the rental company.

Pros: The agent that gave me the car and contract

Cons: Car brocken, no support, extra charges

Cons: Even though I had booked a car with full-coverage insurance, a €1,200 hold was placed on my bank card. At the rental desk, I was offered their own insurance policy for €50 per day, which would waive the additional card hold. I also informed them that I would be driving outside of Austria; they charged me an extra €80 or so, but failed to warn me that I needed to purchase an additional vignette to drive on roads outside the country.

Pros: All above

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Car was not filled with gas.

Pros: Easy to drop off the car

Cons: Customer service, lack of care, debiting my credit card without my authority. Further complaint below about the customer service provided when my wife left her phone in the car......

Pros: Its good but the insurance is not clear we shoud know the cost before or with renting process

Cons: Insurance is soo high

Pros: Nothing, I didn’t receive anything that can be classified as customer service.

Cons: I was told the insurance I purchased at the time of booking is invalid and I had to purchase another one otherwise I can’t take the car. I was not told any of the insurance condition (Vollkasko, Teilkasko, Selbstbehalt etc). The insurance premium was more expensive than the actual rental price. The customer service at the counter as well as via email was not existent. I requested an itemised invoice and still haven’t received it. There is also nobody qualified at drop off to talk about any issue

Cons: I was treated very badly and you can't contact DiscoverCars.com in a timely manner. WheeGo blames DiscoverCars.com and vice versa. Total disinterest. If you paid, you're a sucker, so you're out of money.

Cons: Unfortunately, even though I paid for additional insurance and motorway tolls, they charged me €199 for crossing the border without even mentioning it in my contract. I do not recommend them because they have a long list of hidden fines.

Pros: Good service

Cons: This rental company is located in the airport, flight land 24/7, and yet they charge a 100€ (!!!) for taking the car after 23:00 because it’s after business hours. I doubt the employee or anyone else in the airport gets paid this much. When you work in place that’s open 24/7 you need to have employees work in shifts.

Pros: Good service, clear instructions. And deposit was refunded the same day after return. It is indicated as one month, but it was 1 day - that was the best part.

Pros: the friendly check-in staff

Cons: the price and especially interior condition the tablet is absolutely BAD, its too small, the keyboard is too small etc, my fingers are big and it was a REAL PAIN to do the manual check-in that other companies do themselves so you are outsourcing work to me that I paid for. You can achieve this by asking me to do this earlier on a laptop or other device where i can do this at my leisure BUT NOT after having travelled >30 hrs

Cons: אמינות גרועה

Pros: Nothing , no response from any of customer care, will highlight this scam of car company on every platform

Cons: Scam, pathetic customer care, worst experience

Cons: They were difficult and inflexible to deal with.

Pros: I was surprised that when we ordered an economy class car, we received a fully equipped car with an automatic transmission.

Cons: The agent behaved like a scammer He wanted to sell the additional insurance a second time. He wanted to charge my credit card a deposit that was twice as much as what was indicated in the Discoverycars app. After returning the car and once I was back home from the trip, I received a bill for a damaged car (198 EUR). Thankfully, I had taken detailed photos of the car before picking it up, so I could easily prove that I was not at fault and they refunded the money, but they didn’t even apologize

Pros: Quick, easy to return at Vienna airport

Cons: Charged me extra “insurance costs” as I didn’t have a Visa/Mastercard credit card. Unsure what the logic was there. Failed to mention there would be an extra charge for driving to a different country (€99). Sold me 10 days of Austrian highway permit even though the rental was for 3 days. Scam artists

Pros: Everyone was helpful and kind. Great location! Recomended

Pros: I didn't like the service

Pros: I am not pleased

Cons: When I went to claim the car the agent there said that I have to do an extra insurance to the car because of my license even though there was nothing wrong and it’s an EU international license and when I got my invoice it was mentioned as a (Lazy pack) ! also he charged me a big cross border fee, the car wasn’t as big as I expected but im not sure if he gave me the same class I booked online

Pros: They answered every email quickly and helped with anything I needed

Pros: Great service and smooth rental process. The car was clean and ran perfectly. Would rent again!

Pros: The team was excellent, online support was helpful and we got a very nice and new car.

Pros: It was quick

Cons: I was offered a smaller car than ordered. I was offered ( and accepted) a second car but this still failed to accomodate 2 large suitcases in the boot. I may as well have saved money and hired the smaller car.

Pros: WheeGo has prompt feedback when I have enquiries mail.

Cons: 1. My UAE driving license was accepted by other EU countries in the past and already discussed, agreed, accepted by WheeGo (mail) before check-in but it was not accepted by WheeGo counter person who has asked for new price without deduction of pre-paid amount and over booking price. This is the reason of WheeGo check-in counter person has asked for new high rental price and I have to accept it as no any options while checking-in. 2. The new car body was big scratched both left and right sides.

Cons: There were terms at the counter that didn't match my booking and I felt I had no option but to accept.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: We actually didn't get a car from them after all. After we checked in on their computer, we came to the desk and they informed us that either we have a physical translation of our drivig license from Israel, or we pay an extra 30 euros per day, we said that we can show them a digital one, that we made and paid for they declined and wanted a paper one, we reread the contract, nothing in it says that we need to have it on paper, just to have one. And still they declined.

Cons: The car rental term was for 14 days, but the auto vignette for the vehicle was only for 10 days. Had I not personally reviewed the agreement before returning the car, and noticed it, and purchased another e vignette, I would’ve incurred additional charges. Again, hiding information when the car was rented. The rental counter agent said we were fine to drive on the way in Austria, but didn’t mention that it was only for 10 days.

Pros: Clear a brand new car.

Cons: Cheap and best.

Pros: it was ok

Cons: hidden charges

Pros: Fast, professional service, great car, affordable prices!

Cons: I liked everything!

Pros: Non

Cons: When I received the car, the amount previously agreed upon with Discover Car changed and the car is in very bad condition. I do not recommend dealing with them. There are better and more reliable alternatives.

Pros: Very good car

Cons: They lie to me and steal from me 250 euro

Pros: Staff member was helpful at pickup when one of our licences were expired

Cons: Desk was hard to find and quite a walk from the arrivals hall

Pros: Availability and courtesy

Cons: The service was bad They charged us 300 euros more because of a license We will publish our review on all sites

Cons: The car was not clean upon pick up The receptionist insisted to pay an additional fee for not have international driving permit IDP while during the booking was not a requirement.

Pros: Car, rental agents, pick-up and drop off

Cons: extra fee of using debit card - it's an additional cost and non-planned. It would be great to use debit card without additional fee.

Pros: Easy to find

Cons: Wheego is the worst company. At the time of picking up the car they suggested new expenses that were not in the contract. For example, intl driver license is an additional $40/ day, going cross border is an additional $100, etc.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Rude operator at rental desk Overcharge for insurance and road tax 3/4 tank, not full No deicing tools on board No windscreen liquid Dirty windows Tire pressure sensors were defect The tires were defect so, noisy

Pros: The service was bad They took another 190 eruo Because they told as thet driver license is not good for them

Pros: there was no line 'fast and easy

Cons: i had some problem with my license and they ask for more money , the manager sold it very well ,

Pros: Great overall, real professionals

Cons: I was charged 80 euros for an invented fee called: lack of international license I ordered an Opel Crossland and received a battered and stuttering Kia Ceed The car was bad, shaking and weak In the end, charges appeared on the invoice that I did not ask for at all Like canceling deductibles and highways in Austria Insolence and theft!!

Pros: Quick drop off

Cons: Pick up took so long. Car given to me with less than full petrol and they want to charge me now for returning it as I received it.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: We got misinformation about the paid highways. Personal tried to downgrade ordered car. Car was used 15km more than the initial km information mentioned during the pick up. Fuel was not full even it was supposed to. Booster seat was also included but not provided at first. I then needed to come back and pick up.

Pros: Very fast and efficient.

Cons: No

Cons: The car had a strong smell of sigraet

Pros: I didn’t like to be overcharged and swapped car. The prices at the desk didn’t reflect the prices at the booking.

Pros: customer service very good

Cons: there is nothing we didn't like but the car is not the type of the car we would like to have again

Pros: i bay an oile for a car its cost 30 ę i want aretro?

Pros: Easy to find and return

Cons: Not the promised car category and didn’t have other type of cars besides basic…

Pros: THE DROP OFF EFFICENCY

Cons: THE CAR WAS NOT WHAT I ORDER AND CAME WITHOUT A FULL GAS TANK.

Pros: Dropping off was very smooth

Cons: almost everything else.

Pros: Friendly and efficient.

Cons: Renting a car in Austria requires carting your luggage great distances. Not the fault of WheeGo. And the Austrians don't believe in air conditioning, so the terminals, tunnels, and offices were very warm in the hot weather.

Cons: received Citroen C3 that in NOT CCMR as in the order. The car was parked on floor 8, but not one tell me the parking number (it is very big parking).

Pros: The car was after exident.

Cons: The agents was very nice end help us with evry think .

Cons: Dropping off car need to be improved as they requested money to clean car

Pros: خدمه سريعه و سهله

Cons: لايتواصلون بستمرار

Pros: Wheego is a good supplier and its staff too.

Cons: Good car, but services are too much expensive

Pros: It was perfect

Cons: nothing

Pros: New car Hibrid

Cons: Thay took deposit for extra insurence. The car didnt had a highway stiker . The car was smaller then the one i orderd.

Pros: Adding a chair for the child was very expensive, we paid about 120 euros for the rental period

Cons: There was a delay in the flight, we were two hours late in returning the car and they charged us for a whole day.

Pros: I didnt get the car

Pros: Competent helpful staff

Cons: I had wanted a car big enough to accommodate a wheelchair and 3 people comfortably and discovered on the allocated car the boot was too small

Pros: all really good and no hesitation recommending

Cons: nothing

Pros: Every thing was easy and fast

Cons: The car smelled not good , like someone smoked in the car

Pros: קיבלנו רכב טוב.

Cons: המון זמן המתנה עד שקיבלנו את הרכב.

Pros: Easy dropping off the car

Cons: Waited over 2 hours to collect the car , not helpful agent and charge me an extra 10 euro without explaining.

Pros: Good car at low price

Cons: Nil

Pros: clean car

Cons: The amount of 1,200 euros has been withheld, and so far 3 days after the car was delivered, knowing that there is minor damage to the front bumper of the car, and my contract with you is comprehensive insurance, so I hope to do what is necessary to return the guarantee amount (1200) to my account, with thanks

Pros: good service from the rental agent good basic rental fee

Cons: the insurence fee was a bit high

Pros: Really speedy, hassle free process at pick up and drop off (drop off was out of hours). Representative was not pushy when I informed them I already had my own fully comp insurance. I had originally ordered a "mini" but upon arrival was given a much larger car (suzuki s-cross). Car was almost brand new and in immaculate condition. For the price of the rental I was pleased with the quality of service and the vehicle. I have used many budget rental firms before, but Wheego definitely the best.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: I did not expect you to charge me 69 EUR for crossing the border from Austria to Germany. This is not written in the rental policy in the website as I proved to the representative, but still was charged. Had I known this extra charge, I wouldn't have rented the car from your agency.

Cons: Quality of child seat.

Cons: Crossing a border fee, even to an EU country - is NOT included. We did not stayed in other country only crossed it but still had to pay an amount that almost doubled the car rental amount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM WheeGo for not including border crossing fee in EU, as mostly you can't be sure a google maps / other app , would direct the short drive without bordercrossing.

Pros: worst service!!! I have been renting for many years in many car companies with my Israeli license which is international. It probably won't pay for him to rent me the car and the agent decided that he doesn't recognize an Israeli license!!! He asked for an international license as a necessary condition and finally canceled my order, I request to immediately open an investigation and return the payment I paid and await compensation for the great heartache, in the end I rented with another comp
