Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
There is an additional charge of 12.40 EUR per week for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Licences issued in Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Gabon, Guadeloupe, La Réunion, Libya, Martinique, Mozambique, Nepal, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, Samoa, St. Lucia, Sudan, Tanzania, Yemen, Belize, Eswatini, Suriname, Afganistan, Colombia, Grenada, Mauritania, Indonesia, Bolivia, Mayotte, Vanuatu, Zambia, Virgin Islands US, Guyana, Bermuda, North Korea, Eritrea, Cook Island, British Virgin Island, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Tonga, Gambia, Guinea, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Burundi, Bhutan, Chad, Comoros, Timor-Leste, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Saint Vincent & Grenadines, Sao Tome and Principe, South Sudan, Tuvalu are not accepted.
Renters from the following country(ies): non-EU must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Senior drivers 70 years of age or older who wish to rent a vehicle must purchase Full insurance.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 30 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
