Cons: Verry poor by trying to help costumers. Trying to charge money for everything by scaring the costumers.

Cons: I found out that the car has a limited kms of 150 km per the whole trip, which was not clear at all while booking the car. Also, the insurance was so expensive compared to the original car rental rate.

Cons: Asked for a driving license which does not exist in this world! Otherwise charge you €49 for each and everyday. Requested a Peugeot 5008 (916 litres) which I need a bigger boot for luggage and provided with a so called similar Kia Ceed (395 litres) which was totally ridiculous!! Super bad experience with the company and the agent who was totally not helpful.

Cons: They charged me for previously existing damage on the car. It was parked in a very dark spot in the parking house and it was impossible to do a proper visual inspection in the parking lot before I took the car.

They tried to scam me with false damage charges for a tiny dent of just a few millimeters, completely ignoring my photos and videos that proved no new damage. On top of that, they forced me to buy a highway vignette through them. Their behavior is dishonest, unprofessional, and feels like pure fraud. Stay far away from this company.

Cons: The car's tire pressure light would turn on, after I put air pressure on it and had it reset it still did the same thing. I was a little concerned about driving it. So most of the time we just used bus/taxi transportation. I informed the agent at the end to let him know in case it happens again.

Cons: They charged me an arm and a leg extra for not having an international drivers license, then the engine oil light was on and off during our trip. My husband has taken several trips to Europe and never been asked for an international drivers license or forced into extra insurance. Won’t use again.

To avoid sleeping on the floor in the airport, we had to pay extra for taxi to our hotel in Vienna city, and then also a taxi for the airport again, to pick up the car. After we returned the car, I noticed extra charge of ~100 EUR, without any explanation. Will dispute this charge. Bad experience - stay away of Dryyve.

Pros: Nothing really, the company is bad, the service is bad, no phone number for extending the trip, because they know it’s so bad that they don’t want to deal with customers in person, only via email.

Cons: We were given a car with a defective tire, forcing us to stop midway as it was too dangerous to continue on the highway. We called their agent office multiple times, but no one answered. Roadside assistance confirmed the tire was unsafe and advised us to contact the agency for a replacement, but we still couldn’t reach anyone. Stranded, we booked a hotel for the night. The next morning, our calls again went unanswered, so we drove to the Salzburg airport office, where the car was changed.

Pros: I was very unhappy with the services of the company - they include hidden charges, which are not clear upon booking - such as out of hours charge of 99 EUR which applies when you plane is not arriving on time and you show up even 1 minute late

Cons: There was nobody to hand over the car in the evening, when it was dark and I missed there was a scratch on the car, which was later attributed to me and this required me to pay additional charges. When I tried to explain I could not see it in the late evening when I received the car, the agent told me not to worry because I do not have to pay anything for that. Later I have however received the invoice with a number of charges, so I was mislead when handing the return the car.

Pros: The company, Dryyve made me pay 99€ to go to Hungary with the car, however discovercars did not highlight that additional cost on their page, doubling my cost of rent for 3 days. Also, the company is Hungarian, the car is Hungarian with Hungarian documents, yet I had to pay 99€ to go from Austria to Hungary.
