Cons: Firstly, I booked an automatic car months in advance only to be told that they didn't have one available. I can drive a manual but I Australia it left handed shifting and we drive the opposite side of the road so it was one less thing to concentrate on. The car engine rattled.the whole time with an engine warning light coming on in the middle of Croatia and I had to put oil in the engine. They still haven't refunded the 600 Euro bond, but have taken 228 Euro with no correspondence

Pros: They were okay. helpful and friendly people! The merit was it is price and deposit was lower!

Cons: The cleanliness and condition of the car should be inspected when every customer is handed over the car! The car i received was not maintained properly. The car was not ready at the pick up! So had to wait sometime.

Pros: Is was very good experience. Our flight was delayed few times, we talk on phone every time, was very informative and helpful.

Cons: We travel to few countries and the car conditions a bit not well maintained

Cons: The pick up and drop off point is few minutes out of the terminal, next to the NH hotel entrance.

Cons: old and shity car bad service

Cons: We got a car that after 4 days the break down. We had to wait a day and a half until they brought us a replacement car. Our calls and messages were ignored during those two days.

Pros: pretty fast. Had a Croatia licensed car, and we were primarily in Croatia, which makes sense.

Cons: Had to get all the way out to the airport, and wasn't just flying in and out. They didn't give us the car that we ordered.

Cons: Car technical condition. Front tyres were in worn out condition. Thats why I requested to change the first vehicle. Tyres on the second one was little bit better. Tyres were not balanced which cause a lot of vibration on the steering wheel. And is not comfortable during the drive. Also wheels needs alignment, because steering wheel had a tendency to turn right. Its not safe and not comfortable to drive a car like this. Bearings in the rear wheels making a lot of noise.

Cons: Received car was not washed. Was dirty as outside as inside. Instead of Kia Sportage, got Dacia which was dirty, with several damages inside, with less gasoline in the tank (received not full tank). It was looked liked we got company staff car. The worst car what I received during all my 30 years rentings.

Pros: I did not receive the car on the specified date because I arrived at Vienna Airport late. I was contacted the next day and was informed that the reservation was cancelled, knowing that part of the contract value had been paid. You do not have flexibility in this regard

Cons: Their pickup point is at a hotel quite a walk from the arrivals area. On a hot day and pulling heavy luggage its not great. I paid for a compact Hyundai I20 (or similar). I got a Dacia Sandero, probably the cheapest and most budget car on the road today which I wasn't really happy about at all. The car was fine, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt a bit cheated.

Cons: I had to wait for quite a long time to pick up the car because there was a long queue.

Cons: Car had very low oil. Oil light was flashing when taking tighter turns. Checked the dipstick - it was dry. When I called the rental service they asked me to send them proof of the issue via whatsapp/viber, in order to direct me to a service station. After sending the pics/video I got no response. Tried 3 times to call them back with no success. Ended up buying 1l of oil to avoid getting stuck and ruining my trip. Wipers were bad. Also they accept Credit card only/no debit.

Cons: The agent was too arrogant. He has selected the car for us ( KIA ), although I have recerved Opel Astra. I asked to change car, but he claimed that they dont have Opel Astra, although there were many Opel Astra in the yard. And the same Astras were in the yard when we leaved the KIA. I dont understand why he couldnt get Opel Astra.

Pros: Easy instruction and time to get us at the airport.

Cons: The way I was a much higher payment was presented to me at a very inconvenient time just arriving in a foreign country. I don't agree this is the way to do business.

Cons: The process of picking up the car is so bizarre. We were told by whatsapp to wait at a specific point in the airport and that a driver would pick us uo and take us to the car rental company. I asked for license plate number of the shuttle car, they said he will find you. Ok...I asked the name of the driver. Nothing. It's common knowledge to share license plate number of name of driver at least. Even uber does that! This for me is a huge security risk. Their car should at least have logo on it.

Pros: Didn't see anything out of the ordinary that made it stand out.

Cons: Did not get my confirmation of my deposit credited to me at the time, was told I would see it in my e-mail. Did not see the credit as of yet on my e-mail statement from September 17, 2023.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped add an additional country option to our rental while we were already on our trip. Car was well priced.

Cons: Taxi bus to get from and back to the airport was slow to arrive. But we factored that in on the way back and it was fine.

Cons: The pickup was a bit complicated in Vienna. The driver picked up 8 people but they were wrong people who were intended for another car rental. He finally found us. BUT…..we were told that we needed to stop at a gas station in the Chek Republic to purchase a “sticker” which would give us permission to drive in Chek Repbulic. Same for Hungary. We asked-and asked and asked many times but could not get a sticker. We then found out at the return of the car we could have done this online.

Pros: Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating.

Cons: The desk was outside the airport. The directions were not updated (McDonalds is no longer working in Wien airport!)

Cons: The car was not clean on the outside and inside they forgot to throw away an empty plastic bottle. There was no windshield liquid so I had to add from a gas station. Also, the cooling liquid level was below minimum so we had to wait for the guys from the rental place to fill in with some water.

Pros: It was pretty fast and straightforward once we got to the office. The car we initially got had a crack on the window that the company didnt realize but they changed the car quickly without problems within few minutes

Cons: We got a message that someone will wait for us at the airport as the car rental is few minutes away from airport. However no one was waiting and luckily my phone had data so we could call them. They said someone will come over but didnt specify the time so we waited for more than 20 mins till someone showed up without any markings of the company so difficult to recognize its the car for us. We also wanted to drop the car in the morning before our flight and that had expensive 100euros charge!

Cons: On arrival waited 30 min for the shuttle to pick us up. We were crammed in a van with no a/c to the pickup point which is out the terminal. We were to return the car on Friday 0800 when the office was supposed to open. In fact by 0830 no one appeared. We called the shuttle using the number pasted outside the office. He promised to come in ten minutes. We waited 30 min he didn’t turn up and ignored our calls. We were going to miss our flight so we left keys in mailbox and lucky found a cab.

Cons: Drop off, had to call main number which was answered by someone with not such good customer service, could be a language/culture thing, but overall ok

Cons: The car was without any modern communication services ( android auto), no parking assistance, with old and noisy wiper blades.

Pros: Not a lot ! The driver who took us from Vienna Airport to the Autounion Office, spoke neither German or English and drove like Nicki Lauda, and didnt bother to put his seatbelt on. The lady at tge Autunion desk was condescending, unfriendly and aloof. When returning the car the Autounion representative failed to check the condition of the car, the amount of petrol left and said it was not necessary to sign the rental agreement return form. Most unprofessional.

Pros: They were very friendly and efficient. They were super when I go back to Vienna. I definitely will rent from them.

Pros: Reasonably prompt pick up at airport. Car in good condition. Good price. Agent was available at 10.00pm when we arrived.

Cons: They charged us much more than we had agreed with the argument that we had returned the car with less fuel. Also the fuel tank was not opening and we had to call them back to explain how to fuel the car and the guy told us to use the key between the car body and the fuel cover because it is usually stuck. And we had to scratch the car to open the fuel tank. Generally very bad experience.
