Pros: The agent who collected the vehicle at the end of the transaction
Cons: I ordered an automatic family car. I added a lot of money for it. When I arrived they told me that there is no automatic family car, only a manual mini. They didn't even refund me the difference!!!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.

The following surcharges may apply: Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.

Mileage policy
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
