Pros: nice clean and new car provided , car parking is 15 meter from Buchbinder counter . time spent to get a car was minimal .

Cons: when returning car at night there no one to speak with in case we deal with some kind of problem . we had a problem with fuel gauge , sent an email after but no one responded

Pros: easy to find, easy drop-off. First gentlemen at pickup desk was friendly and helpful,

Cons: baby seat was not installed in the car, seat had wrong safety belt setup and there was no-one to help us. Arriving after a trip of 30 hours, 38 degrees heat with a baby and a small child (no water or drinking options in the pickup area as the machine didn't work and the staff couldn't give us water). we had to return to the car drop-off area where eventually a guy helped us to change the belts on the seat and to install it in the car. The seats should have been installed as requested.

Cons: drop off is far from the terminal and the weather has normally been cold and windy and very often there is only 1 person on duty and it iis a long way to the check in counter to take luggage in rain or snow .. no undercover walkway available

Pros: They were very efficient in the issual of the vehicle & when I asked for an upgrade. The quality of the vehicle was top class, and it didn't give me any problems for 20 days I had it.

Cons: The gentleman checking the car made needless references to non-existent scratches and dents which were not even present. He was even asking for a cleaning charge. I took it up with the office and they negated all these observations. This was regardless of the fact that I had taken a comprehensive insurance and damage protection on the vehicle.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Environmental Contribution fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy

Security Deposit will be doubled for using the following services: crossing country borders.

Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
Cross-border policy
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
