AddCar at Vienna Airport

Pros: This is different service, met in the airport and dropped off at the airport departures. All in all a much nicer experience than the past 4 or 5 hire cars from Vienna.

Cons: The pick up and drop off much better for Vienna than the main car hire services at Vienna airport

Pros: Agents were quite helpful and responsive to messages asking for advice because of 2 warning alarms appearing on the dashboard during my trip.

Cons: Car allocated was too big for car lots in garages. I asked for a 7 seater but was allocated a 9 seater with a very big boot making car longer and more difficult to maneuver especially without power steering. My 1st allocated car was changed to a slightly smaller 9-seater car with a smaller boot because an alarm on dashboard. 2 warning alarms came on in the 2nd car during my trip. Had to communicate with agent often to seek assurance that it is safe to drive. Valuable time was taken up.

Cons: 1. Fuel policy - according AddCar employees explanation was changed 1.5 years ago - not full/full. Difficult return car whit same amount of fuel - so now i pay for fuel more. 2. Flight details was send, but car agent come 55 later... Same at dropping time - coming 40 min later. 3. Big issue for me identified or person arrive to pick au the car are employee of AddCar - no uniform, no employee card whit photo - question to whom i receive the car??? How i should understand that?

Cons: A car was reserved at Vienna Airport, but unfortunately the car was not delivered to me. I called the available numbers, but the numbers did not work. An email was sent to cancel the reservation and return the amount, and until this moment I have not received the amount.

Cons: The dropping off the car was very difficult and stressful! No one showed up at the drop off location (Vienna airport) at the agreed time! We had to make several phone calls and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up and accept the car back. It was very stressful when you airplane is leaving in 90 minutes! I would appreciate MUCH BETTER COMMUNICATION :at least a text as a reminder the night before the agreed pick up/return. And definitely text or a phone call when someone is running late!

Also, tank wasn't completely full which he attributed to a faulty indication which I learned wasn't true the next and subsequent fill ups, I really hate being lied too.

It took about 15 minutes to find him, then it took a long time to actually pick up the car. Agent was 30 minutes late at drop-off, which is more than rude when you're trying to catch a flight.

Pros: Like I wrote previously your pricing was very competitive and the car was fairly new and performed well except a low tire pressure warning stayed on all the time. However, all tires were okay.

Cons: Our flight arrived almost an hour late and we didn't see your representative, only an hour later after walking twice to the rental agencies did your rep. show up. We had to ask an employee to call your office in Slovakia, without her help we'd be stranded as we had no functioning telephone when arriving in Vienna. The return of the car was a bit better organized but still half an hour late. If you can keep your pricing competitive we'd use your services again. Say Ahoj to Richard! :)
