Pros: Quick delivery and handling of the car
Cons: I received the car with scratches on sides, back and inside the trunk. They charged me huge deposit amount 2500 euro. Which I didn’t appreciate. At the drop off they told the car has dents and deposit will not be returned. It has costed me to rent through this company too much opposed if I have went directly to other more expensive rental companies. Definitely will not go with Thrifty/Hertz next time. It was a huge mistake.

Cons: High Deposit amount. Every car model's functions are unique in its own way. So, we expect someone accompanying us and help us understand basic functions. Also the agents should be trained to help us understand how the tyre inflator works. The streets are really lonely and if a tourist is stuck somewhere in the middle of the road then it would be a nightmare for him.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
