Pros: Model ordered was not available, agents tried to convince us a to take a smaller car to cancel the deal or to upgrade to a larger car. The whole place seems to be managed as a scam. From to moment you enter the tried to blame us with the cheapest tricks in the book. 1. That we were late for the pick up, we were not, but they tried. 2. That a Dacia Duster is the same category of a Kia Stonic which is smaller but they can’t show it on the web site….3. Then they offer to upgrade to a larger Dacia….

Cons: 4. The recived car was not clean, the service rep. Recommended to bring it back clean or the will change me 300 euro… 5. The car had a service line on when recived, they said it was nothing to worry about. 6. After 2 hours I was able to leave the agency with the rental car. 7. When car was returned they said it was not perfectly cleaned.

Pros: Car was great price for a 7 seater.

Cons: It was very dusty on the outside and there were receipts, etc left from previous rental in the side compartments. Unfortunately, at the drop off, nobody was there from SurPrice and my calls weren't answered. It was only for the helpfulness of Green Motion Car rentals that they accepted return and brought me to the airport. Still haven't heard from SurPrice cars which is disappointing.

Pros: The guys were very nice and helpful. Its the second time I book with them and the lrice is fantastic aswell the cars are in very good condition. I will book through them again. I am sorry I caused them damages on the car but we got easily and smoothly though it.

Pros: It was cheap

Cons: The rental car broke down (it had 85000 km). They asked me to pay the towing fee and promised to reimburse me - they didn't. They did not have a replacement car but promised to refund the days it was not available - they didn't. They promised to pay for my train ticket back to Vienna - they didn't. Overall a very expensive and unpleasant experience. I hope the reason they did not refund me is because they are out of business.

Pros: the paper work was quickly completed. After the bad experience with the pick up the manager was accommodating as to possible lateness of returning the car. He made sure that all previous damage to the car was recorded.

Cons: all went smoothly apart from the meet and greet. Nobody appeared at the arranged time. We waited for 20 minutes and then had to beg the airport info to allow us to ring the hire firm - we had no foreign minutes! After that they were there within the time they stated on the phone.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

The following surcharges may apply: Administrative fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 73 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
