Pros: Easy to find, helpful staff
Cons: Questioned my assertion of returning the car full of petrol - I was obligated to return to a service station to prove that I couldn't fit any more in the tank, else I would be charged for returning it short. There was seemingly a fault in the car showing there was a little more than half a tank left, but I couldn't get anymore fuel into it. We had to replace two tyres in Italy as one was punctured by a nail, the service team on drop-off weren't able to advise how we could be reimbursed.

Cons: A little expensive but was happy with the car. They gave an upgrade and it was the right car for mountains.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, JCB, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
