Cons: They gave me a very old car without a navigation system with over 120.000 kilometers on it that wasn't cleaned because the "cleaning machine" was broken. When I returned the car, I requested the deposit money cancellation receipt, and they said they would send me proof via email. A week has passed, and I have yet to hear from the rent-a-car company.

Pros: The price was good The car was clean and new

Cons: The office is hard to find but they helped us . They took high deposit ( 900£ ) blocked in the card. After returning the car there was tiny scratch on the wheel plastic cover and they said they will charge us for it! And after returning the car from 22 days they still didn’t remove the block on my card and didn’t send me any emails about the situation.

Pros: The staff members were very helpful. The price was much, much better than all the other car rental companies. Some of the other companies would have charged double or triple the price. They picked us up at the airport, and it only took 8 minutes to drive to the rental car location.

Pros: New cars, I already rented a car earlier by this company and they are superb, great service and super efficient. Always good price.

Pros: After landing and a short phone call with a company hunter, I was given simple and clear directions on where to wait for a ride. Receiving a car lasted no more than 10 minutes, everything was ready and organized, I received explanations and answers to all my questions. Everything is done calmly, patiently, with a smile. The car return process was also simple and quick and in the same car we were taken back to the airport.

Driving it out safely without my friend watching outside would have been impossible. Not any information about the car system was provided. Their office doesn't located at the airport like they said, so you have to wait at the airport for their aigent to pick you up and when you want to return the car outside the working hours you have to take care of the taxi that will take you from their office to the terminal. After I returned the car they charged me for the car damage that was already exists there when I took the car, good for me that I made a pictures. Worst company !

Pros: In Vienna you call & they pick you up with your rental car at the airport terminal; no dragging of your luggage to the counter and then the parking lot required as with the "in airport rental agencies". Drop off is the same, you only have to take your luggage from the car to the terminal.

Cons: I didn't have a cell phone activated for Europe and finding a working payphone in the Vienna airport took time.
