Fox Autorent at Vienna Airport

Pros: Besides the collection delay where we were mae to wait over 30 mins for a car to come get us Fox Autorent offer great service, great car and all else. Would be happy to use them again if they could gaurantee a easier/ faster collection

Cons: The collection took very long which was not ideal

Cons: Rude employees who tried to be as unhelpful as they possibly could. Even though we changed the time we had the car by one day and was told by that agent (the only helpful one) that the period would be reduced, no problem. But when we returned it, they refused to honour that.

Cons: I booked a car where the company wrote greet and meet. I was very disappointed to find d out that this wasn't at all near the airport. We needed to walk around the airport at 2 am with 3 young children for over an hour. Tried phoning the agent and received no answer. After the 90 minutes he answered. He then drove us out of the airport to the office and then explained that returning the car would be without this service to the airport. We needed to organise a taxi on the drop off.

Pros: They are very friendly and helpful. I received excellent customer service within hours when I requested extension on the rent.

Cons: Drop off was eeextremely stressful for us. We paid extra 51 euros for someone to wait for us at the location because we were coming at 4 AM and didn't want to look for taxis! We came at 2:30 AM earlier than expected and no one showed up so we had to go to the airport leave the car there hoping that everything goes well. That's something that you need to work on.

Cons: The employee was rude to us when we first picked up the car. Then when we brought the car back they tried to say that we damaged the driver side mirror and passenger door. Luckily we had taken a video of the car before we left their parking lot when we picked it up and they didn’t charge us for it.

Cons: The office is hard to find but they helped us . They took high deposit ( 900£ ) blocked in the card. After returning the car there was tiny scratch on the wheel plastic cover and they said they will charge us for it! And after returning the car from 22 days they still didn’t remove the block on my card and didn’t send me any emails about the situation.

Pros: The staff members were very helpful. The price was much, much better than all the other car rental companies. Some of the other companies would have charged double or triple the price. They picked us up at the airport, and it only took 8 minutes to drive to the rental car location.

Pros: After landing and a short phone call with a company hunter, I was given simple and clear directions on where to wait for a ride. Receiving a car lasted no more than 10 minutes, everything was ready and organized, I received explanations and answers to all my questions. Everything is done calmly, patiently, with a smile. The car return process was also simple and quick and in the same car we were taken back to the airport.
