Airport-services at Vienna Airport

Pros: When things went badly, they were there to get the rental back on track.

Cons: Lack of identity and transparency.

Cons: Hard to determine pick up and drop off location.

Cons: They charge me €600 for a 3 places scratch on the car, even they agreed only one small scratch within drop-off and signed for that. They let me pay for a damage which I don't responsible for. They didn't reply for my e-mails to check the pick-up and drop-off documents. I attached the pick up photo at 5-6-2025 (old scratch) and the scratch caused by me. But they charged me for all !!!!

Pros: Bond deposit was returned immediately upon satisfactory handover inspection

Cons: Vehicle had some damage on the plastic underbody prior to pickup which was noted upon delivery. I had to undertake roadside repair to prevent further rubbing during our hire period. Should have been rectified prior to my hire.

Cons: I choose VW & they give me Skoda & they say it’s an upgrade, how it’s come I take full insurance but not included front dash & tires where they charge me more. So why they call it full insurance. Drop off & pick up all handles by one employee that’s make delayment for customers especially the ones have short time for departure

Pros: "Meet and greet" service is good and not good thing at the same time. On one hand there is a feeling of having personal service, on the other hand - you need to provide exact time when you pick up and drop off the car. Since there are many things may go wrong (flight delay, traffic jams) and you'll not be in time - there is a chance of wasting somebody's time. Though the company name is "Airport services", the staff does not seem to be located at the airport, they drive from elsewhere.

Cons: I booked a Ford mondeo estate or equal but what I got was a Hyundai I30 estate which is a lower category and a smaller, cheaper and less reliable car.

Cons: We had to drop off the car at 7:30am which is earlier that their official opening hours of 9:00am. Got charged 40€ even though the rep was already dropping off another car to another client at that time. Got charged 50€ for taking the car from the Vienna airport to Slovakia for our vacation. I understand that the rental company is Slovak and the car is registered in Slovakia so is the 50€ charge really necessary?

Pros: Alex and Max from the Airport Services have been very polite and professional . I highly recommend this kind of car rental and personal service to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was a mix up in pick up time of about 2 hours. However, after that it was OK.

Pros: Location of pick up close to arrivals. Contact via WhatsApp worked well, and representative made contact as we landed.

Cons: Drop off process needs to be improved, waited 45 minutes for representative to arrive to hand over car at airport terminal. No specific point given at departure drop off.

Cons: I had to sign a contract in the Slovak language witch I don't understand. An international contract has to be in English or the renters choice of language.

Cons: The day we returned the car, it was rainy and we were late to return the car because of the weather conditions, but the employee Max was very rude. We were only one hour late to return the car, and the reason was beyond our control.

Pros: Everything worked out as advertised and promised on the website. The car was a newer model and very clean. The agents were punctual, friendly and very professional. No concern about giving them the business next time around.

Incorrect information was given regarding highway use and fees.(this person is no longer with the company we found out when returning the car) The contract was in Slovakian only; who can read Slovakian??
