Pros: No-one phone numbers of Megadrive company is reachable. In case of any questions, there is no possibility yo get Company answer or advise remotely. This is bad condition. All others are good. Thx

Cons: The car had a high mileage ~70,000

Pros: Megadrive provided the car, and the handover process was straightforward. However, one paid add-on was not included as expected, which reduced my confidence in the overall service.

Cons: The ice scraper was missing. The windshield washer fluid was not suitable for below-zero temperatures. That made winter driving less safe and less comfortable.

Pros: Super easy. 100% worth money. Personalized service

Cons: Car conditioning - out of 8 last year rentals, two times received car with problems. Once with vibration from breaks, second - USB was not functional.

Pros: I rented about 6 times from Megadrive during last year and this says a lot. Mostly getting upgrades. No que, easy find.

Cons: The only I see as BIG issue with MD, the fact that they hard to reach by phone prior pickup and even if you are getting to their phone, it is in German wo any translation.

Cons: Car not in the best condition from technical perspective. Breaks was not maintained well and not adjusted.

Pros: There was no extra in the trunk all the instruments were there but there's no tires. So if I had a flat tire I did not have an extra tire to replace it. So I was very lucky that I didn't have a flat tire. Otherwise I was in trouble.. if I had the flat tire it means that I had call a tow truck, pay a lot of money and waste a lot of time to fix the wheel on the car because there's no spare wheel to change the flat tire. So it was very disappointing that the rental car company did not check that .

Cons: The representative at the check at the airport was very nice and also the returning of the car was very fast.

Pros: Car was fine, some damage not noted in initial report but we sent photos prior to acceptance of the vehicle

Cons: Staff were terrible gave us the wrong drop off location and when we arrived they had moved had to drive to the other side of town. Phone number provided did not answer. Car had not been cleaned and had a gun under the seat.

Cons: Some hidden fees (service fee and cleaning fee). Additional driver fee also quite high. Despite all the fees, still slightly cheaper than alternatives.

Pros: The service was good, although the reviews were not so positive. Although they found a small detail in the interior of the car which I did not do, this was not listed in the car defects sheet. In the end they didnt charge me for it, but it is worth to make a video inside and outside as well.

Cons: Dropoff was very confusing, just and employ parking garage without even a sign to explain what renters should do. I had to ask another rep where to go and how to return my car.

Cons: Because of the time processed of the car plus walking to the car and navigating the system it took us over 10min which the complimentary ticket is only good for 10min and we have to pay to exit.

They didn't try to help, just said they wouldn't provide it without a paper international driving license and didn't agree to accept the digital international driving license like any other company around. They left us without a car late Friday night, with 3 little kids, without any solution.

Cons: We pre-paid an insurance and then we had to paid for another one in the desk to pick up the car. We reserved a child seat but whe we arrive at the airport there aren't any one available. The agent didn't offer us any option to have a child seat for our daughter.

Cons: The pickup was at 4:30, but we didn't know that the Office closed at 4:30. We arrived late and we found it closed and nobody called us and we couldn't calle anybody. So we lose the advanced money and we didn't get a car. We found employee from the agency leaving the place but he didn't want to help us because we were late.

We forgot something in the car and called them on the next day to get it, but they claimed they couldn’t find it. So in sum you can say that you CANT rely on them, other car rental companies are more forthcoming.

Cons: We ordered 7 places automatic car but the carwas only 2 6 places (2+2 from behind!!!) So we had to replace to manual 5 places SUV.

Cons: the sales person explained almost all the T&Cs of the rental contract, but chose to omit the hidden costs (handling fee of damages). He had asked us to take up the Full insurance stating that we will pay zero dollar in the event of any car scratches of damage, but we ended up paying the handling fees, i felt that he had omit that clause on purpose so as to persuade us to take up the extra insurance. felt cheated in some ways. i’ll condemn megadrive and not recommend this company

Cons: Poor service, waiting too long to receive the car, the car was not full and when I returned the car with the same fuel level, they charged me to refuel !!! definitely I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Bad customer service

I never have business with Mega Drive. 1- Car was delivered dirty with trash inside. 2- The paperwork took 30minutes for pick up despite advance reservation 3- Charge damages to the car while there was literally no single spot on the car. SCAM COMPANY. I wish I could open a legal case for this scam company 4- charged for refueling gas. I filled out the tank in 0.5 mile of the airport with the credit card slip available. They charged me for refueling service and the gas!!!

Cons: The car had low pressure in all tires. It should have been checked before giving the car to us. We discovered it only after driving 300+ km on low pressure tires. Some other glitches with the car also happened.

Pros: The guys in Innsbruck were helpful. Guys in Vienna were very unreliable and told us to use the wrong fuel, resulting in many complications which they then tried to charge us for.

Cons: I would never book with MegaDrive or Buchbinder ever again, they charge you more when you show up so Sixt or other services are far better. Very incompetent workers in Vienna, they don't know a thing about the cars they give you and try to take any cent from you that they can.
