Cons: I had reserved an outlander SUV on the site because I am tall, but they gave me a CHR car, which is a compact SUV and they didn't give me any other options to change the car.

Pros: When I call from the airport, they come and pick me up quickly. It didn't even take 5 minutes for me to pick up and return the vehicle. They quickly returned the deposit.

Zippy7 was there when all the other major brands didn’t have any cars available. Zippy7 saved our vacation to Budapest. Köszönöm Zippy7!

But unfortunately during the return of the Car at the office of Zippy Auto Rent , the officials ( two both boys ) at the counter were very rude , racists and discrimination. There behaviour was very shocking and disheartening to us including my wife . This is only bitter memories/ experience we had in our one month summer vacation to Europe Kindly look into it so that no other customer treated that way

Pros: John was an absolute gem. Very friendly and courteous. He understand english very well and can help you with anything. This is my second time car hire in vienna and I would definitely recommend John and Zippy7 for car hire. They are quite reasonable in price and had a variety of cars.

Cons: I would say John need to train his fellow member of the team who were doing cleaning as they are very aggressive and had bad attitude. A basic friendly behaviour is desirable when you are working in a customer based environment. I am not too sure why people can't understand that simple process. Be friendly and good attitude.

Cons: I believe I was scammed out of money from Zippy7, I used their 24/7 drop off parking lot in Vienna to return the car. Thinking they were a trustworthy company. I returned a car that was in great condition. I took a video of the outside to prove there were no issues. However they probably took into account that I didn't take pictures of the inside of the car. I was charged 360 Euro's for "damage to the upholstery." This is twice what I paid for the actual rental. and FALSE.

Then suddenly you appeared to be charge 90Eu for crossing UNVISIBLE border within EU and + 120 Eu penalty!!!

Pros: Very happy with Zippy7. Easy and quick pick up and drop off. Didn’t try to scare off and sell anything extra like full insurance, etc. Gas station next door (for Vienna airport office)! We extended the contract for a day and again was no hassle at all.

They also only open at 8amwhich didn’t work with our 7:30 flight. Whilst they were very nice I found the experience quite stressful and would in future book a car with an in airport desk even if it’s more expensive

I like the way we signed contract everything was digital and you get copy on your email. even about deposit they just blocked amount on my credit card for rent duration and then it was released after inspecting car on handover day. overall Supplier was excellent in the service.
