When returning the car the rep claimed there was new marks on the car and we needed to pay over 200 euros in damages. Very unprofessional not to go over car together and fill in an agreed damage form, niavity on my part not to photo the car myself beforehand but had no problems in past renting cats. I don't believe damage was caused during our rental.

Cons: Don't understand why you bank the deposit, usually the card is on standby when I saw you bank the deposit and card company charged I was a annoyed, now the deposit has been returned with the charge it hasn't worked out to bad, just a stressful procedure.
