Pros: Nothing special!
Cons: Crazy wait time to collect car. Not enough staff on pick up, and not efficient. Even when allocated the car, it was not ready to drive away, a further 20min wait whilst it was cleaned. Never again.

Cons: I couldn't make a registration on on-line since I can't enter the date of expedition of my passport. And bit pressure on assurance even I paid for assurance already so I paid twice. And I paid for full gas and no refund.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1650.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
