Pros: I dropped it off quickly

Cons: I didnt get the car i orderd, and there were 20 itemsd of damage on the car that i had to check before ther car was handed over, the photos were all in black mand white so hard to see what damage was. I was told they would email me the pics in colour which, i never received, i was also told that they would email me the confirmation of return aswell which i never got

Pros: Good desk staff, short walk to cars in car park.

Cons: The staff where you picked the car up were not very helpful, just gave the keys and said the car had been checked, gave me the car seat but didn't offer to fit it which would have helped considering I was carrying a baby and luggage at the time. Car itself was decent.

Cons: The BA flight was delayed 5 hours and the agent gave away ‘my car’. I now see that it is up to me to phone and tell the agent if delayed. But with the flight details a top car hire company would know that the flight had been delayed and react accordingly.

Pros: The first car we picked up after an hour wait at the service desk at the airport ,broke down after 15-20 mins of driving to our hotel . Finding the helpline number on our paperwork was terrible . We fiinally got through to someone and had to be picked up by a recovery truck and returned to airport to get an alternative car . We arrived at our hotel 2-3 hrs later than we should have and we missed our first dinner . Not happy at all . I think we should receive a discount for the inconvenience.

Cons: We ended up paying a lot more than we were quoted online because we didn’t have a credit card to pay with. :/ :/ we had to queue for an hr to get served to find this out .then to finally set off only to breakdown . again not happy

Pros: Overall experience very good, the price was excellent for the car segment I chose, and the car was very clean. Only flaw was that the car was not very fuel efficient.

Cons: When I dropped off my car I had to go back to the desk, and the agents were extremely slow. There were two of ‘em simultaneously serving the same client, making me wait in line.

Asked several people where we could find the shuttle, send us to different locations, spend more then one hour to find someone who tould us ask at the rental car co Hertz. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 670.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
