Cons: The provided car was not the equivalent to one we rented. We rented a VW T-Cross and got a Skoda Scala, while the equivalent would be a Skoda Kamiq. However, the worst was the picking up of the car. We went to a kiosk right after arrivals and the employee first told us we needed to go to the other side of the kiosk (they had 2 windowed walls opposed). After, he then tells us that we had to go to the kiosk in the garage but

Pros: Great customer service, efficient and straightforward. Additional offers/services explained well but not pushed on us.

Cons: It’s a bit frustrating that the hire cost of a 7 seater being the same price as 4x 4/5 seaters. I’d just hire 2 smaller cars next time as we have two drivers. However, this was also the best priced reliable option on the island for the vehicle hired.

Pros: Couple of marks on the car. For 50k km rental car, I guess it was pretty mint and giving a 9 is harsh. Maybe I should up it to 10? But there was a cigarette burn in the door material.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but the fuel wasn’t full, which it did say so on the paper work. Not an issue as I just returned it with the same amount as I was given it.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
