Cons: The instructions for the shuttle bus pick-up are not clear at all. It was sheer luck I saw the bus driving around and flagged it down.

Pros: The desk assistant was specially nice and professional....Almudena I think was her name.

Cons: To find the shuttle at the parking of the airport

Pros: The drop off was quick and the bus back to the terminal was prompt

Cons: There is no office in the airport terminal and no signage to find your way to the shuttle bus pick up point which is in a far corner of the car park.

Cons: Brakes were very bad, bearings on back wheel were dodgy. Car was dangerous ti be on the road.

Cons: The office was not in the terminal as suggested by DiscoveryCars. We had to get a shuttle bus. This was not what we paid for and the service was misdescribed.

Cons: poor location, off airport, shuttle bus was hard to find, car was full of scratches and in poor condition inside and out. Tyres were on legal limit.

Pros: The car I ended up with was still good, even though it was not the one I ordered.

Cons: When booking it stated desk was in the terminal but after searching it wasn't. Had to ask to find shuttle bus and rental unit was 5 minutes away.

Cons: La comunicazione sulla copertura assicurativa è fuorviante: ci è stato detto solo al desk che la polizza "full covered" copriva solo incidenti con terze parti. Per qualsiasi altro danno, anche non causato da noi, avremmo dovuto pagare fino a 2000€, cosa inaccettabile vista la formula "full covered" selezionata. Inoltre, nonostante avessimo selezionato la riconsegna alle 5:00 in fase di prenotazione, l’ufficio era chiuso e la navetta non disponibile, costringendoci a pagare un taxi.

Pros: When your left at the airport at 21.15 in the night and no owe collects you very disappointed and left out of pocket.

Cons: Hard to find. Unhelpful when you call them to ask for help. Waited 30 mins to be picked up although told it would be 10mins. Car quite dirty when picked up.

Cons: Awful. The deposit (which should be a pre authorisation) was actually taken as a payment. Incurred extra fees because of this. Staff not interested at all. Just told me to write to customer service. This was despite me asking a number of times that it would be a temporary hold on the account.

Pros: Substitute car of equal standard was initially disappointing. Sporty version Citroen too small for taller person, but drove perfectly.

Cons: Pick up point in airport car park not marshalled at all. Limited space within pick up bus resulted in selfish customers overwhelming the driver and forcing themselves into the vehicle separating young families and pregnant daughter. Same customers finding themselves at the front of the queue in the depot office. Poor indication of on line check in queue indicated as priority customers, resulted in operative servicing customers who had not checked in on line. SIGN CUSTOMERS CHECKED IN ONLINE.

Cons: Rented the car through DiscoverCars.com and paid a deposit of £86.59. Told that the office for Budget/Avis was in the terminal.Once the office was found I was charged the total rental. I queried this with the unhelpful salesman and he denied that it was to do with them.I expect contact from you re this. Pickup and drop off was long and drawn out. They could learn a lot from the American system. Car not clean covered in scratches. We video the car on pickup as didn't trust the process.

Pros: Budget were very good. Discover Cars and Budget didn't inform us that the pick up was no longer 'In Terminal'. It took us about an hour to locate the new off site location. Also delayed our return journey by 30 minutes as we had to drop off and get a shuttle bus

Cons: Trying to force me pay an extra £348 for their own insurance and telling me that Discovery insurance was invalid and l will be liable for €2000 if any issues, which made me very nervous driving around, also tried to make me pay €63 for petrol, when it only cost €45 to fill up. will never use airport car hire again, felt intimidated at the desk and would have cancelled if l could Will book direct with local car hire in future

Cons: Queued for 45 mins to be told I was the wrong side of the desk even though the rep was in the same room. Had to go out and around to the other side to be served this time I had over an hours wait due to others waiting too. Can’t see how that works and was very disappointing service when all she done was turned around on her chair to serve from a different computer!

Cons: It’s a bit frustrating that the hire cost of a 7 seater being the same price as 4x 4/5 seaters. I’d just hire 2 smaller cars next time as we have two drivers. However, this was also the best priced reliable option on the island for the vehicle hired.

Pros: Couple of marks on the car. For 50k km rental car, I guess it was pretty mint and giving a 9 is harsh. Maybe I should up it to 10? But there was a cigarette burn in the door material.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but the fuel wasn’t full, which it did say so on the paper work. Not an issue as I just returned it with the same amount as I was given it.
