Pros: Quick service
Pros: Simple, efficient and staff extremely friendly. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Lanzarote!

Cons: Given car was dangerous in that no written instructions were supplied. Car had features unknown to renter. Powered steering would spontaneously trigger out temporarily for reasons unknown, especially at higher speeds. Took car back. Told at desk would change car, but at garage, employee refused to change, and tried to explain car was ok and steering problem was a normal feature. Told not to touch certain buttons on steering wheel. Renter complied with advice but problem persisted.

Cons: The wait to get the car at the airport was a little too long after a long flight. Not the agents fault but maybe more staff would be helpful.

Pros: Slightly more expensive than we would normally pay - but a very nice large car and clean and tidy.
Cons: The underground car park spaces at airport car hire are far too small and narrow - I had about 2 inches of room either side of the vehicle when dropping off!!! This is not good when trying to avoid accidental damage.
Pros: All was good bar the fact that I required a booster seat was not communicated to the rental company but was sorted at the Airport following discussions with staff therein.

Cons: Car was in poor condition, worst state of a rental car I've ever had. It was clean but had quite a lot of wear

Cons: The only problem was the queue when picking the vehicle up. But this was only down to a group collecting many cars at the same time. It was not cicar fault

Cons: The car had electronic warnings after about 5 min of driving. Nothing was mentioned at the desk, my OH is a Spanish National, so not language issue. No condition form was presented showing dents, damage, although they didn’t check car on return, so no issue about liability.
Cons: Voucher said 3 drivers could be added but at pickup they said only 1 could be added.
Pros: Once at the desk service was fairly straight forward. Car was great think we got better car than we’d booked
Cons: Tha airport was really busy and we waited nearly an hour to collect our car
Cons: I had to change car. The first car had a tyre pressure warning and the agent suggested that it would be fine and that I should check it myself. I wouldn’t expect to be given a car with any dashboard warning lights.

Cons: Car was not cleaned inside at all despite covid 19 measures. It was rather filthy. It was also not in great condition with sqeeky brakes and broken wipers.
Pros: Car was upgraded from Opel Corsa to Seat Azteca at no extra cost.

Cons: The car was old, nearly 60km on the clock, dirty, smelly and the brakes rubbed - at least there was lots of squeaking when we went round a bend. Service light came on whilst we had the car. Very glad to hand it back with ourselves in one piece.

Cons: Collection Service was ridiculously slow. Queued for 90 minutes to arrange collection, was then sent to garage to collect the car and had to wait a further 10 minutes
