Cons: Car advertised as being able to take 3 cases! It fitted one in the boot with 2 hand luggage. Ridiculous that they’re advertising otherwise. It would fit 3 hand luggage cases but not 3 regular cases.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: I paid in advance for petrol £48. I had choice: car deposit + €55 and no refund for petrol or No car deposit + €57 + pay myśleć for tank full of petrol. Disgusting! No refund. I culd take better car, service, company for this money. Booked Golf or similar - got very high millage, rubba smelling Polo with dodgy brakes and gearbox. Avoid at any costs and check how you going to pay for petrol.

Cons: They wouldn’t come and check damage before we hired car. We have resorted to taking photos The amount of damage to the car was unacceptable On return we got the rep to check the car but he did not give us any sign off. I asked when I would get my deposit back and was told it would be processed immediately. But of course I still haven’t received it

Cons: Rip off as stated full tank of petrol €50 to be returned empty no wonder the car hire was cheap they make their money by ripping customers off with petrol charge - I am sure it's illegal.

Pros: Staff were fantastically helpful, giving us advice on which choice of cars we could have. They were prompt and on time to pick drop us back off at the airport and pick us up. Best service I have had from a car rental place.

Cons: The website was slow leading to me booking two car rentals accidentally. This was only flagged up once we were already in the country.

Cons: Car was not at ariciffe airport as requested. They were in playa honda. Had to call them which was not made clear and had to drop the car off in playa honda. Also €50 for fuel which only cost €20 and was not reimbursed for 3/4 return tank. Car was in bad condition. Dirty seats, scratches everywhere, low tyre pressure warning light and oil change light on from pick up. Will.not use again .

Pros: Staff were friendly. Pick up bus turned up (was a bit worried if it would turn up as we were only ones waiting). Fast pick up on return too. No problems with the car. Really good price.

Cons: Shame it wasn't in the terminal and you had to find the bus stop to get picked up, but it all worked fine so really good on that front.

Pros: Friendly and efficient. Once we paid the full cost they gave complete peace of mind that should there be any damage it would be covered.

Cons: They didn't give us the address of the rental office and as we arrived in the dark we were disoriented and couldn't remember where to go!

Pros: Nothing. Had to wait 20 mins for a representative to arrive, no designated waiting area. Charged again for full insurance.

Cons: Provided a car with over 170000kms on the clock(107000miles) no stereo that works, Broken sun visor, very very worn inside... not surprising considering how old and the mileage.

Pros: It was Ok until they scammed me

Cons: They took the car at the end of the hire and told me it was OK, then emailed me an hour later to say they were retaining my whole deposit on the premise that i had taken the car on an unpaved road. there was no damage to the car or evidence presented to me. I don't think you should operate with this company in future, and would like you to investigate this.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax, Full Damage Waiver (FDW).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
No deposit is required during the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by previous request at airport locations.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
