Pick-up instructions
Free shuttle bus service. Upon your arrival at the airport and after collecting your luggage, please call us a call at +354 419 7978 to request your pick-up. Then, proceed to the designated meeting point inside the terminal building, past the car rental companies desks, to the Departures area. Look for the “Meeting Point” sign hanging from the ceiling. Our shuttle is clearly branded with Surprice logos and operates on demand, so we will dispatch it as soon as we receive your call.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 3500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Road tax, Service Fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
