Pros: Wszystko było ok. Łatwo znaleźć biuro odbioru dokumentów i kluczy. Poradziłabym tylko poinformować że jest kawałek do przejścia na parking co może nie być przyjemne kiedy jest zimno, lub pada a niestety nie zostałam poinformowana że jest darmowy busik który może dowieść na parking.

Cons: Jedyny minus to to, że temperatura była na minusie ale nie było zimowego płynu do spryskiwaczy i niestety płyn po spryskaniu zamarzał na szybie.

Cons: Attitude and rudeness of the employee that we met at the pickup. Misleading information for selling extra insurance (we had already bought full insurance), insisting on selling 100 euro fuel filling possibility (by using the exact phrase "You will not find a better fuel price in the city" - by the way the tank was filled with 80 euros)

Pros: The car was provided earlier than the scheduled time, even though I wasn't in a hurry and was ready to wait. The paperwork process was quick and took only a few minutes. Apart from the prepayment made during the booking, only 1000 PLN was reserved, and the remaining amount was charged after the car was returned. The deposit was refunded within a couple of hours (maybe even earlier — I didn’t check) after returning the car. Instead of the expected awful Fiat 500 hybrid, I received a Citroën C3.

Cons: Very bad , the lady in the office asked for two deposits and two credit cards and that wasn’t mention in the contract , also I already paid for the full insurance but they told me we don’t accept that insurance you need to buy another insurance. I received a car without boot cover and we mentioned that to their employees but now they ask me for it .

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Domestic one-way rentals are possible on request and for an additional charge.
International one-way rentals are not available.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
crossing state borders is forbidden for certain car groups.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter package.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
