Cons: frankly i thought wheego make money not on car rental but on insurance claims. Luckily, i had taken full coverage so was not affected. But, they claimed for a small scratch USD 689 from my deposit, which i did not make but probably missed during taking the car. They were inspecting the car with a " microscope" definitely wanting to make claim. I would definitely take discover cars.com again but will not take the wheego option again

Cons: I have paid about 30€ for full coverage believing that it will not release me from 1100€ deposit. At the desk, I learned that I need to pay additional about 130€ of cost and additional 130€ refundable deposit. This is not clear at reservation time.

Cons: They made me to pay extra money (approximately 200 euro in sum), buy full coverage (150 euro per 2 days!) although it was bought by me at the website discovercars and prepay the full tank, which was not returned although i used only 1/4 th of the fuel! Worst company and worst conditions

Cons: At the time of pick up I waited 1,15 minutes before an agent showed up. When called multiple times his answer was always "15 more minutes". After a trip from overseas something like this is unacceptable.
