Pros: לא אהבתי כלום

Cons: הזמנתי את הרכב לאסוף משדה התעופה בוורשה. חיכיתי שעה כי המשרד שם היה סגור עד שהגיע הסוכן ואמר לי שהרכב הוזמן למרכז העיר ולא לשדה התעופה. הצגתי לפניו את החוזה שבו כתוב במפורש שהרכב הוזמן לשדה התעופה. בחוזה היה כתוב שמגיע לי נהג נוסף חינם ולא הסכים לתת לי!!! בחוזה היה כתוב שאני מחזיר את הרכב בעיר אחרת ולא בוורשה וזה כלול במחיר אבל הנציג גבה לי על זה כסף!!!

Pros: For the most part once we found or spoke to a representative everything went fine.

Cons: The representative was not at the airport waiting for us. The number we were given was in Krakow. The number they gave us in Warsaw didn’t answer ever. We kept having to call Krakow and make them call Warsaw and then the Warsaw folks would then call us. On the drop off day they said to call 2 hours ahead to schedule but never answered the phone. So again we had to call Krakow and get them to call Warsaw.

Pros: Car was cheap. Offered a free upgrade in compensation for being late for meet and greet.

Cons: Representative showed up 2 hours late for meet and greet at airport. Disorganised and not able to provide copy contractual documentation that I could read before entering into the rental. Car had not been valeted prior to use so was dirty on inside and outside, contained litter and had an issue with low tyre pressure. No single point of contact so was often passed around representatives trying to find the right person to speak to.

Cons: the car was dirty, the Meet &Greet didnt work - i was waiting 1h for them to pick me up, they were unfriendly on the phone and threatens me to not pick me up at all, I didnt know what I am signing up for - no copy of the insurance, no copy of the paid amount - no information. I dont recomment.

Pros: Unprofessional!! After been told that they didn’t have any car for me and after waiting 2 hours, I have got a car which was not cleaned ( there was cans of coke left inside under the seat and the car was neither disinfected!

Cons: Nothing. I had to drop off the car at a petrol station which was difficult to find. On top of that I had to pay slightly more than the booking price. The guy from the rental company was giving out to me because he didn’t know about my booking and was keep telling me that they didn’t have a car for me.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee of 6.00 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 25, with a maximum of 30.00 EUR per rental.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
If the customer wishes to use Debit cards, he/she will be required to purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).

Maestro, Cash, Cheques is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Geographical restrictions
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following territory: European Union.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Outside of business hours, Young driver fee, Delivery fee, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
