Kaizen Rent at Warsaw Airport

Pros: Nice economic car. Easy pickup process.

Cons: The car should be cleaner to my standards (watermarks from wiping by cloth on windows)/ steering wheel surface a bit sticky. I was charged extra. Because my credit card expiry date was less than 6 months I had to buy an option without the need of paying deposit by credit card.

Cons: The car was poor quality (the engine ran poorly and the safety features were not reliable). I waited for 30 minutes in the car rental pick up area for my vehicle and attempted to contact customer service for help multiple times before someone answered the phone to assist me. I was then informed for the first time that the carkeys were left on the wheel of my vehicle. When I attempted to leave the rental car parking lot, my ticket did not work. The entire pick up experience was terrible.

Pros: Walking distance to car from airport in bad weather is a not good idea! Before is much better

Cons: Agent was about 15 minutes late to open the kiosk and then there was some kind of delay. I had a car booked at 8am and I ended up leaving the airport at 9am. Car clearly wasn't cleaned before I got it, inside or out.

Cons: We picked up the car is Warsava and drop off at Gdansk. I didn't get exact location about the drop off point, just that er have to leave the car in the aitport. (If they send me a map in email with the exact parking place location would be percfect)

Cons: Arrived to get car and said I was unable to rent due to needing an international license. This turned out to be untrue and something that any other company does as a courtesy. In fact, I was able to rent a car from a competitor the same day.

Pros: The service, once again, was great. I have no complaints about service, about the courtesy behind the desk. I was slightly annoyed by the fact that the car had some drops of resins from pine trees, and there are no trees at the pickup point, which makes me think that the car wasn’t washed after the previous rental. Other than that, the car wasn’t washed after in good conditions.

Pros: Bit of a walk to pick up car, got a map but I think drop off by shuffle to pick the car would be a bonus. Thankfully it was sunny. But I would not enjoy walking in rain or snow to collect car

Pros: Absolutely perfect service. The car was new and clean, in pristine condition! I’ve got the exact car I booked. Picked up the car with clear instructions and without any issues. The guy on desk answered all my questions! Dropped off again without any issues, just returned the keys to the desk. I payed for comfort+ package, so I don’t know how quickly the return deposit.

Niestety firma Kaizen Rent obciążyła mnie kosztami szkody parkingowej (lekkie zarysowanie na drzwiach kierowcy w kwocie prawie 900 zl), na ktore nie miałem wpływu i powstała najprawdopodobniej po oddaniu auta przeze mnie. Wcześniej nie była żadnej rysy i po myciu pol godziny przed oddaniem nie bylo zadnych rys. Parking na lotnisku Chopina jest dość waski i firma Kaizen Rent woli obciążać wynajmujących niż spróbować wyjaśnić sytuację.

Cons: The car was new with minimal mileage, which is a plus. Unfortunately, Kaizen Rent charged me for the parking damage (a slight scratch on the driver's door in the amount of almost PLN 900), which I had no influence on and most likely occurred after I returned the car. There was no scratch before and after washing half an hour before returning there were no scratches. The parking lot at Chopin Airport is quite narrow and Kaizen Rent prefers to charge renters rather than try to explain the situatio

Cons: The vehicle i originally reserved (via third party booking) was unavailable and I was given a vehicle with worse fuel efficiency, therefore I spent more on gas than expected.

Since i could not even check my precharge - my I didnt not interenet to check my emails. BE AWARE. I never been lied like those 2 companies. Overcharged $220. absolutly unaceptable.

Cons: Wypożyczyłem auto z lotniska w Warszawie aby oddać na lotnisku w Bydgoszczy. Jak się okazało w Bydgoszczy nie ma biura na lotnisku, ani żadnego przedstawiciela. Nie było tam również pracownika który mógłby odebrać auto. Po wielu próbach kontaktu z infolinią zmuszony byłem sam oddać do biura w zupełnie innej części miasta. Straciłem prawie dwie godziny, koszty taksówki i zmuszony byłem wziąć urlop w pracy bo przez oszukańcze praktyki firmy Kaizen nie zdążyłem do pracy. katastrofa.
