Pros: Easy customer service
Cons: Winter rentals should include an ice scraper and brush in the car. There was nothing. We needed to purchase one.

Cons: I had it booked as an offer on my AMEX banking app. When I got there they were not accepting AMEX, is that some sort of joke?
Pros: Extremely fast drop off.
Cons: Rental desk is a bit hard to find and there is no always someone at the desk. It is located on the 2nd floor in the older concourse.
Pros: Quick service. After returning the car my credit card was unblocked withing minutes.

Pros: booking was very easy, let's see that everything is as promised??? I paid 71,41€ in advance, was left 229,80 to pay at pick up this was our first reply after hiring the car online and now I want to add what happened when getting the car in Chopin airport,online we rented the car and added the full coverage as proposed arriving at your desk in the airport they told me that my insurance was not ok and that if I did not pay an extra of 150€ to be fully covered I would drive without an insurance
Cons: so my only option was to pay this , on top of that the babyseat I had paid for only one was available that we could put in the car according to the rules meaning facing back and the cover was so dirty we had to wash it ourselves arriving at our destination also windows were very dirty to me all this is false information to custumers online and I hope you will take that in account and that you do something about it so that when people rent a car they know what they pay for please do something

Cons: Would not give a receipt of the car being turned in. Attempted to claim damage was done to the car. Sent fake photos and video and attempted to charge me for damage. Very unprofessional and would not recommend anyone rent a vehicle from this company. Stick to the known names in the vehicle rental business.

Cons: - Their online offer stated that an additional driver was included free. This was mis-selling and not true. We had to pay for an extra driver. - The car was faulty in that the dashboard sensor lights would come on randomly. - On drop off, Ania @ Warsaw Airport was EXTREMELY rude. She took 30mins+ checking over another customer's car, inch by inch with a phone torch. The poor guy was late for his flight, even though his car had no damage. She was extremely rude to us at this point.

Cons: Terrible agent do not continue to deal with them , at the end they would charge me with front hood cheeped pain damage at the top by the windshield of a size of 2 mm( yes you are readying it right 2 mm) , this is ridicules claim bordering with fraud ,they charging me 163 Euro for that damage that can be permanently fixed by droop of a white paint.

Cons: Car rented in Warsaw had Lithuania plates.
Cons: The car had over 40,000 km mileage which makes it too old. It was not properly serviced because it lost one of its wheel covers. I was charged the cost of this wheel cover and one extra day without being informed. The extra charge was not applicable because the agent was not able to take keys from me while serving two clients. I had to call and ask to be reimbursed for that one day. Additionally, I forgot my sunglasses in the car but nobody found them. This car rental experience was awful.
Cons: Dishonest. Would not rent from them again
Cons: They are trying to blame me for damage that was not caused by me. They declined to inspect the are at the time of drop-off and then caused days later claiming there was a scratch on the passengers side door. They are running a scam and should not be recommended to customers.

Cons: The check in took almost 45 minutes and I had a difficult time finding the car in the garage - with no assistance!
Pros: Once I found them the first time, which was difficult, they were easy to find and quick to deal with.
Cons: It looks like they are charging me around $1000 for two small scratches on the car, considering the car was already covered with scratches and dents, it seems like a high fee. They will clearly not be fixing the car. It is just an egregious penalty.
Cons: I was coming from the United States to Poland and I had my reservation made. I come in at 11:45pm to get my car and they already gave my rental aaway because I set it for the wrong day despite paying for it. I had to go to an entire new car rental place and pay over $1000 for a last minute rental because thats all that was available. it absolutely ruined my trip.

Pros: It is the worst car rental company I've ever used. It looks like a scam. They gave me old Toyota Yaris (68000km), dirty outside and inside, with tyre pressure control on, with over 90 scratches (at least on the rental agreement). You need to sign an agreement - that the car is clean (even if you can't see the car). Then, when I returned the car after 2 days - they've told me that they have found 1 more scratch. Pictures were taken in a different place (not from the garage where I left the car).
Cons: They didn't prove that it was "my car" on those photos and they claimed that I made the scratch (I didn't for 1000% - and I can prove it but not to those scammers). Do not rent there, there are many other good rental companies at the Chopin Airport that won't scam you!!!
Pros: The representative was very nice. If not being blamed for that damage I would have rate it all high.

Cons: Crooked services. Charged for being late to pick up car for a bogus "parking fee." They had marked some incredibly small spots on the car from last customers and made me extremely nervous that I would be charged for made up "scratches" and "dents." Also, I was not given the car with the proper amount of fuel or correct gas mileage. This company is crooked and I will avoid working with them in the future 100%.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 80.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries. The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, photocard driving license. Residents of the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): passport, ID card, photocard driving license in order to pick up the car.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card. The following payment methods are accepted: Maestro, American Express credit card.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 180 days.
Cash, Diners is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is allowed. Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 10.11 until 25.03) Winter package are included in price.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
