The office is located in Arrivals Hall - in the Car Rental Offices Zone at Terminal A of Warsaw Chopin Airport. The shortest way to reach it is through exit number No.1 from baggage claim. In the arrival hall, please turn left, and after 40 meters, the office will be on your left-hand side. If you are using exit No. 2 from the baggage claim, please turn right in the arriving hall and proceed straight for about 100 meters. Our office is located in the rental car zone on the right-hand side.

Pros: Με χρέωσε 114 ευρώ χωρίς ενημέρωση γιατί κάπνιζα στο όχημα και επέστρεψα το όχημα στα 520 χιλιόμετρα ενώ το παρέλαβα στα ίδια.Υπσρχει και φωτό όταν το παραλάβαμε.

Cons: First of all we paid extra 40 euros because it was 24 of december. But nobody had informed us about that and it wasn't concluded to the payment which we have booked the car. In additional, when we picked up the car we saw some damages in the car which we showed to the agent who confirmed us that he know everything about the car and not to worry. But when we returned the car the new agent asked us about the damages and he required to show the pictures. Hopefully, we had take photos.

Cons: I pay for Skoda Superb STW because its big boot. First I received a VW with a very small boot. They changed it for Skoda Oktavia STW, with a bigger boot. Hardly it fit our 7 baggage. Cons: Person not on site for collection despite specified pick up time. Had to wait at least 15 min for them to arrive. Was told the car needed to be returned clean (never heard this from any rental company before!) but wasn’t properly cleaned when issued. Got a FIat instead of a Toyota No windscreen wiper fluid.

Pros: The staff try to give me an old car when I paid top dollar for a rental. When I argue with them they pretended not to speak or understand English anymore and refused to give me the car I rented which was sitting in the lot next to me. Luckily my wife speaks the language and we forced them to get the owner of the company on the phone. He was polite and said there must’ve been a miss communication and that we could have that car. The guys had told my wife the transmission was broken. Liars!

Cons: When I requested my deposit of €800 refunded they told me they could not refund the euros without the receipt they had given me 24 days ago. Made them called the owner of the company once again and he refunded our €800 deposit. Borderline criminal gang operation. I would not rent a vehicle from them again.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.


Customers who have held their driver license for less than 2 year(s) will have to pay a fee of 30 EUR per rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 7 day before the pick up date.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Turkey, European Union.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
