Cons: Agent told straight away the reservation was lost because we arrived two late (about two hours) even though it was fully prepaid. He proceeded to offer a lower value car for 3x the price
Pros: I've rented here many times, had an issue only once. Cars are new, usually well equipped and in good condition.
Cons: I was almost an hour late because of employees' tardiness during car pick up. No one ever picks up the help desk phone. Literally never. Cars are usually on the dirtier side and that sucks because you are expected to return the car clean inside and out if you don't purchase a separate package.

Pros: Nice folks. Easy to talk to. Relatively quick service. I was provided clear directions to the parking lot (due to construction it is a little walk - about 400 m/400 yards).
Cons: Car cleanliness and mechanical condition. Wipers should be replaced as they barely wiped water, tires are a little too worn (especially front). The car was vacuumed (carpets were not attached, though), but the windows were very filthy (from inside).
Cons: This was the worst travel experience of my life. Flex To Go should be ashamed of how it treats people I can explain: What happened on October 13th at Warsaw Chopin Airport was an absolute disgrace. I have never in my life experienced such complete chaos, unprofessionalism, and disrespect from a car rental company. A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
