Flex To Go at Warsaw Airport

Pros: I've rented here many times, had an issue only once. Cars are new, usually well equipped and in good condition.

Cons: I was almost an hour late because of employees' tardiness during car pick up. No one ever picks up the help desk phone. Literally never. Cars are usually on the dirtier side and that sucks because you are expected to return the car clean inside and out if you don't purchase a separate package.

Pros: Nice folks. Easy to talk to. Relatively quick service. I was provided clear directions to the parking lot (due to construction it is a little walk - about 400 m/400 yards).

Pros: Due to LOT Polish airlines 3hr departure delay our rental reservation expired ( apparently if the car is not picked up within one hour of the booked time - which is extremely hard to predict with an airline company) and we were not made aware of this - even though I am sure it was disclosed somewhere in your fine print and had to pay much more for a rental car in Poland than we expected. I had even emailed your company from Toronto as soon as we found out about the three hour delay.

They argued that I have signed their terms and conditions that were changed in Feb to now say that I must have my full name showing on my credit card but I did not have access to their t&cs when I signed my agreement to discover cars t&cs. They said I hav to take their full insurance at 35pln per day which amounts to extortion

Cons: Dealing with Flex to Go at Warsaw Airport at the pick-up was a kind of a nightmare and close to a quarrel. The lady at the Flex to Go desk tried with to force me to buy their insurance at over 250 euro for the same coverage, saying that the insurance with DiscoverCars had no value, and if something happen I would need to wait for reimbursement even 2 years. I refused to pay for that. Minor car body damage detected at the drop-off was then highly overpriced.

Had to rent it again ( since original booking was cancelled) but than the agent stated she does not see booking in her system despite of a fact that I had booking voucher and reservation was confirmed by your company . Cons: They declined all 3 of my valid credit cards to take the rental hold deposit and told me if I didn't take their excess claim cover they would cancel the rental. As I was desperate I had no option so had to pay the £80 insurance and was then told all 3 of my credit cards were actually fine to pay for this... this was clearly done to force me to take their cover which I did not need as I had my own. Extortion pure and simple.

Cons: There was only one representative and four families waiting for vehicles. We’re waited about two hours and only to be told that our vehicles have been given away when we arrived at the desk. Our flight delay was 3h and the flight number was added to the reservation so I am not sure why the vehicles were given away. We were left with no transport and a stressful situation for 7 people.

Cons: Flex To Go car rental is a total SCAM. None of the employees want to go with the customer to the car, both when picking up and returning. That's why they charge astronomical amounts for alleged scratches. These amounts exceed the rental amount, and I guess that's what they make money on. Even though I have a video from the day I returned the car showing that there are no scratches, they still do not accept complaints.

But they included a full tank of gas and upgraded the car if I agreed to take the insurance. So the ~€70 I saved bringing the car back with an empty tank reduced the insurance cost from €18/day to about €12/day for an 11 day rental. Good deal for insurance though a car company which eliminates all worries about fake damage claims and speeds up the pickup and drop off.

I had already reserved my car but when I went to the counter, the agent (after taking my license and ID) said that there is no car available and that I should try another company. I told him that I have a booking confirmation and I had already reserved my car but he was super unprofessional and just said that there was nothing he can do. Never renting from flex to go and discover cars.

Pros: Very professional service. Flex To Go agent was very nice, knowledgeable, had all the paperwork ready and completed our car rental within minutes. The car return was easy and return documents were emailed to me within a few hours confirming successful return without any problems.
