Pros: Dropping off was especially easy and quick. The lady at the counter was very friendly.
Cons: Agent in Warsaw was on the phone for about 5 minutes without acknowledging once that I was waiting. After 19 hours of traveling it was incredibly unprofessional. When I handed the card that I used many times at eurocar I was simply told, it won't work. That isn't a problem in the slightest just don't give me an attitude and make me feel like a con-man. Terrible. After keys were handed over everything was simple enough.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 676.50), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
