Cons: Greetings Everything was perfect, but I must inform you of two important things. 1. You must accurately write down the place where the car is picked up!! You write a hotel without a name and I went through 2 hotels until it was explained to me where the car was, all this after a really unpleasant flight and it can be solved easily. The second thing and it is very serious when I returned an attempt to damage my car and charge me money.

Cons: No-one tells you in advance that you MUST have an International Drivers Licence in Poland. Without one, you get 2 options: Cancel the booking or pay their 23% insurance cost - on top of any other insurance you may already have for car rental. A massive rip-off which apparently is common across all of Poland car rentals...

Cons: Need for additional insurance as being Australian I needed an international licence. This could an unforeseen $150. It was probably in the fine print somewhere, but it would have been good to have something pop up when see an Australian hiring to say need that licence.

Cons: The car itself was fine, except one problem: When parking in Warsaw, you need to put the car number in the parking meter. The car is parked somewhere a bit far from the meter, so how do I put the number into the meter? Answer: you look at the key chain and see the number, so you can put it into the meter. I did that. But, then I returned to the car and looked at it. Something is very wrong. The keychain, doesn’t match the number on the car ! I paid 65 Zluty for a meter and could not use it.

Cons: I paid for a 5 seats car and I got 4 seats car and we were 5 people. We got a penalty of 30 euros for arrival of 10 minutes later after working hours.

Even i paid on discover cars for full cover carwizz staff strongly insisted that i'm not and that in case of a "small scratch" they would charge the total amount 1000Euros as fee for the damage. So i paid extra 150Euros for full insurance. Carwizz staff strongly insisted for the extra insurance. Unaccepted behavior i strongly not recommend carwizz!

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: The phone number provided didn’t work and it was hard to find the office. I had to wait for car pretty long and it was the worst car I ever drove. The condition of it was really doubtful. The boot lid was knocking, something was rubbing all the time, the brakes weren’t too good and it made a strange smell when in reverse. It felt like it was going to fall apart any minute. It was filthy on top of that. Dust everywhere, some crumbs in the doors and water(I hope) marks on seats.

Cons: They gave me a temporary car on the beginning and then asked me to come back to them in three days to get the car I should be given! I lost half a day and spend some gas because of it and they gave me only £30 discount because of it! They also charge me over three time more for the car from the amount I have got on discovercars.com!!! It was not explained to me on the desk and I have not got any invoice from them to see why there was so huge difference in the price.

Cons: Employees are the worse, they lack of customer service, lie about everything, made me get additional insurance, charge me double, made fun of me, admitted that they lied and on top of that they started laughing in my face about it. Carwiz is a scam and shouldn't get clients at all.

Cons: They try to charge me for cheap i did not do. It took an hour to return car. Wipers needed to be replaced, Car was not washed properly with a lot of insects on it. Nobody was at the desk when returning car and finally about 5 people showed up from customer service trying to figure out where they can charge me for damage. Luckily I had pictures before leaving the parking lot.

Address listed on paperwork for Krakow Airport was not the actual location. Actual dropoff location was 1 mile from airport and had to call someone to call someone to open the gate to get into the lot.
