Pick-up instructions
The offices are located 7 km from the airport. To access them, please go to the designated area for minibuses at the airport, where the shuttle will be waiting for you. Exit the arrivals Terminal between gates B and C. Cross via the mechanical walkways located under the bridge in the direction of the parking building. After passing two pedestrian crossings, you will find yourself in front of a café. Turn left walking along a pedestrian path. At the end of this path, on the right, another pedestrian path begins, marked in black with a sign that says “Other VTC.” Continue along this path into the parking building until you find a red door with a sign that says “Abonados G.” Cross the door and you will be in the waiting area for the courtesy shuttles. Once there, look for the Sicily by Car shuttle. If you do not find the shuttle at the stop, remember the frequency is approximately every 15 minutes.

Pros: Their service was good, with the exception of the lady at Drop-off which was a bit unfriendly in her attitude and did not want to come out to see the car until it was "completely empty".

Cons: They do not record the damages existing on the car at Pick-up. You need to take pictures, then have to show them to the agent at drop-off. Also, it was very hard to find the location of the shuttle bus in the airport. I think that the description is for another airport, not Mallorca, as also the contact number provided has a Portuguese country code. I found the driver just by chance, in another part of the airport, after 30 minutes of searching and waiting.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 81 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Moving the car from one island to another is forbidden.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Balearic Islands, Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
