Cons: I had an issue with my driving licence which was completely dismissed and I was told no refund available. The next day I spoke with another car hire company who resolved the issue within 30 minutes, so clearly this wasn't the problem I was initially told. Felt like they didn't want to help as I had already paid. Cost me extra car hire and taxi fair after leaving the airport, so very expensive and disappointing no help was offered.

Pros: It was easy to find the Desk, and the car. It was easy dropping it off.

Cons: We didn't like that the information is not clear. That there were more extra charges - for insurance that we had paid in advance and deposit for the Fuel. The insurance that we paid in advance was 46€, and then on place we paid 70€ more! The insurance that we paid in summary is more than the car! The deposit for the Fuel was 120€. If the Tank should be refilled fully is no more than 60€.

Pros: The service was trying to say I made a reservation to pick up of the car at a different airport. They wanted me to pay extra. Only after asking for the manager it was confirmed that the mistake was on their side. They did not apologize or try to amend the situation in any way and I needed to wait over an hour to receive any vehicle

Cons: Not Payless's fault but was told I was not in the correct area in P4 on returning the car. No signage to explain this.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1100.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following territory: Northern Cyprus.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Cyprus. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
