Pros: Brand new car. When the car intended for us didn’t get returned on time, the staff offered a manual instead of automatic transmission. Since this is not a problem for us we accepted but asked for a complimentary upgrade. They agreed.

Cons: Although knocking the door, people who was inside container didn't come out. And also no one was there when dropping the car. It's unusual experience
Cons: Agents missing at desk, took far too much time to collect the car, car condition was quite damaged. Had to do an extensive inspection of the damages and take 50+ photos and videos to make sure I would not get scammed upon return. Very shady practices.

Pros: Drop off point as we were there early was great, agent was very good at explaining all things about the rental.
Cons: No one at the kiosk when we arrived and had to wait and try to get in touch with the agent to receive our car. Sign very hard to see in the terminal, had to ask another agent if he knew where the desk was as it was not easy to find. Then had to wait 15 minutes or so for the agent to arrive. Agent from another kiosk had to ring them for us.
Cons: I had to call and get my receipt sent as they took my paperwork without providing any further information.
Pros: pickup and drop off were pretty quick and efficient
Cons: Additional fees charged after the fact, poor and unjustified explanation for additional charges, lack of ability to send proof of their calculations for charges, poor customer support, slow response via email.
