Cons: i would like some sort of proof of return. I just signed a form and got no paperwork or email and had to trust I would get my deposit back (I have been burnt before with this)

Cons: To be fair and realistic, this was the cheapest option for rent a car for us for this period, so I was mentally ready to get low level option. So car itself was as I expected (low level), but what I didn't like is: 1. Charging for car wash (15 EUR on top of 1000 EUR - it is peanuts, but it is a matter of principle; since when do car dealers charge for car wash?! And the crazy part is that the car was not clean when we got it). 2. The car had winter tyres in the middle of a heat wave at 40°C.

Pros: Car was reliable and customer service was great.

Cons: It took a bit to get as picked up on airport we waited about 1/2 hour

Cons: We wanted to collect car later than originally agreed but on the afternoon of same day but we're told we would have to make a new booking.

Cons: We were the only customers at the depot when we returned the car, so there was no obvious reason for the 40mins delays. Despite this, we waited over 15 minutes before anyone came to inspect the vehicle, followed by another 25 minutes before we were taken back to the airport. We had to call an Uber on our on expense. There were three members of staff chatting behind the counter and another two standing outside smoking, yet no effort was made to speed up the process or reassure us.

Cons: I found the staff I interacted with at the Croatian location to be unprofessional and unhelpful, and the overall customer service experience did not meet expected standards. I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and support provided during my visit. I hope this feedback can be reviewed and used to improve future passenger experiences.

Cons: Was not located in airport and hard to contact upon arrival. First was told van to pick us all up but then only drivers were picked up and then had to come back to airport to pick up passengers. Was tired and was very hot.

Cons: I had a small problem at the very end of the trip, last 30km before arriving to drop off 5th gear started making a grinding noise. To avoid a breakdown, I drove the last part of the journey up to 4th gear. Car was already with 140000 km in the clock when I took it, quite high for a rental. I recommend better fleet rotation.

Cons: I didn't like the lack of availability to accommodate our flight departure needs despite having requested help via WhatsApp on the service number.

Pros: Registration process was easy and quick. Car was clean and in good condition, although it was not the actual car shown during the reservation process. Return process was also quick and easy.

Cons: instructions for pick-up was simply to call a phone number upon arrival at the airport, for people who are arriving to a foreign country for the first time, this might not be enough assurance that they will be able call, to reach someone or be picked-up by the correct company. Perhaps instructions to wait at a meeting point with a company logo sign or a "shuttle bus stop" would be better.

Pros: This was my first time renting a car, so I was a bit nervous and unsure how things would go. But the whole process turned out to be incredibly smooth. The website was easy to use, and booking was straightforward. We were even given a free upgrade -Skoda Octavia estate- perfect for all our luggage. The car was great value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made everything feel easy. Honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. I’m really happy I chose this company.

Pros: They were simply great to deal with. The car was ready and waiting for me; the people were great in explaining the basics, and paperwork was done in a snap,. The next day I noticed the car had a few more dents and scratches than I originally signed off on (it was very dark when I picked it up), so I called them up and they simply said to take picture/video and it would be no problem. And it wasn't. When I returned the car, same efficiency. Just an overall good experience.

Cons: This really isn't on them but simply a cautionary statement. Their main location is usually offsite, and can be somewhat difficult to find. Poor signage. However, they have a good drop-off/pick-up service at main locations so I would strongly recommend to everyone to use those instead of trying to find their HQ unless you are really familiar with the area. Save you some headaches :).

Pros: Service was great and people were really nice and helping. Price was reasonable too. Their shuttle came to the airport pretty quickly. They even offered us a bigger car with the same price. It was really great.

Cons: Minus is that car was bit crappy. The transmission was always having weird noise, one of the tyre had deformed wheelcap and scratches on the sidewall which is obviously someone had hit it on the cornerstone. There was no problem during entire trip after all though. You shouldn't expect luxury car with this price.

Pros: Great experience! The team at Green Motion Zagreb Airport (on Petina) were an excellent group. They even entertained my children while we were waiting to get the paperwork done, which was greatly appreciated! All of them were extremely professional, and their attitude towards us were very warm and accommodating - You can sense it just in conversation with any of them! I HIGHLY recommend renting from them - and I will definitely use them again in my future travels to Croatia!
