Cons: Dispute about the insurance. Delay in handing over the car. Car was not clean.

Pros: They were helpful and efficient. No problems. Car was in very good condition and a pleasure to drive

Cons: The address at drop off took us to their old place and then someone had to direct us to where they are now

Pros: These guys communicated very well with us. Our flight was delayed for 9 hours so we called to advise them of this. They remained in contact with us and gave us detailed instructions for when we arrived. They picked us up at the airport and got us on our way as quickly and efficiently as possible. I will definitely rent from them in the future. Comparatively, their rates were a bit less than the other alternatives, so that was the cherry on top!

Cons: The representative seemed abrupt and rude, when I told him about the accident he found it funny which was upsetting given that my family and I were trying to get over the shock

Cons: I booked the car with discovery.com with insurance. When I picked up the car from the agent at Zagreb, he told me the insurance I bought from discovery.com is not valid, since it not from him directly. He asked me to buy another insurance, I didn't fully understand and I got scared by him, so I decide to pay extra 200 euro for additional insurance. I paid by credit card, then I feel it is not right, I asked for refund, he refused, forced me to sign rest of paperwork.

Pros: Easy to contact agents in any situation. They helped us an made very easy every step of the rental process.

Pros: Wrong car, fighting to get something of the same value, car was not properly cleaned for use. Tried to charge again for insurance, thankyou for your warning.

Cons: Dropping off the had less problems but address on forms was wrong ended up driving through abandoned industry area to a locked gate and then reversing out almost 1km. Then a google search for address. After that dropping off was straight forward.

Cons: There is no desk in the airport. You should call them so in 5-10min they pick you up.

Pros: They have a new fleet of cars and we got a car that was not even driven 1000 KM. The car was feature-rich, clean, and very comfortable. We had a lovely time driving the car across the beautiful locations in the country.

Cons: The person at return was extremely rude - made use wait outside in the baking sun while taking a long time with another set of customers in the airconditioned office. Then when I waited for a taxi he left and said "you wont get into the office, right?"

Pros: I did like the service and the car was great, smart, for someone who hasn't driven standard in 10 years, it tells you when to change gears LOL to the point that I am considering getting Hyundai i20 for its efficiency and compact size.

Cons: Just in general how inflated prices were between april may and june july ... not just a bit of a matk up but extreeme .... 8x the price absolutely crazy and as a traveler least favourite part of the whole trip.

Even after reporting the issue I was told to "drive safely" no offer to replace the car!! the car was losing traction driving on the motorway on a straight part of the road!! At drop off the guy just shrugged his shoulder and said "hat do you want me to do"!!!

Cons: car rental agents really persistent on extra charges to be applied... For example: they tried to charge me €70 for fuel so i can return car with remaining gasoline in the tank... I said I would return the car with a full tank of gas which they did not like. After 10 minutes of back-and-forth they finally agreed. But they tried really hard to get me to pay €70 beforehand Not to mention they wanted the extra charges for tire punctures extra insurance etc.

Pros: Meet and greet..perfection. Few minutes ride to theur office. Same on the way back. Easy to find them.
