Pros: nothing
Cons: The car was in bed conditions, had bumps and scratches and the front tyres were completely consumed,risking doing aksidents. I risked my life traveling with this car I also had two little kids with me.They also did everything to not give the car.Everything awful.Never again.

Cons: When I went to picked up the car there was no name of Keddy listed by any of the car rental agencies in Venice. I tried to ring the number provided but no one answered, I had to walk around the different car rental companies that were there at the airport to ask which one Keddy was under. Nobody knew who Keddy is. The car I received was very scratched/damaged and unclean.

Pros: Not much to like. Price was OK compared to others.
Cons: Customer assistant tried to sell me further insurance for 10 minutes, even after showing my documents that said I have full covered and to reject further insurance. Car was battered, literally a dent/scuff on every panel including the roof! I wasn't given the documents showing damaged until I went back in to highlight the damage. The forms then provided didn't even have all the damage listed, I highlighted this and the guy wrote on my form, I'd imagine I'll get some damage fine at some point

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, Railway fee, Port fee.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years for car group Economy, Mini.
Minimum rental age is 19 years for car group Compact.
Minimum rental age is 21 years for car group Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
For vehicles in groups Mini a driver license valid for at least 1 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Intermediate a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 20 EUR refueling service charge.
