Pros: Can't really find anything I liked.

Cons: It was worst car I've ever used. Making loud noises from front wheel. After our complains it has been swapped with another one, not much better. We paid over £150 for insurance, before we seen the car. Whole car was not worth more than £50. Rusty, missing parts and 200.000km on the clock.

Pros: They make you feel relax as they take you through the entire process. They remind you of what to do and what not to do.

Cons: The car they gave me had a broken side mirror taped back onto it. It was still useable. I had a very good experience with the car.

Pros: Generally a very good experience. Had a mechanical problem with car but exchanged very quickly

Cons: On arrival only driver was able to travel in minibus to collect car. Then had to return to airport to collect others. This took longer than anticipated. However, still a good experience overall

Pros: Cars are very reliable

Cons: Spent too long waiting to pick up. Queued in one line to then get told to go to another and to go to the back of that one. Should have a designated desks for pick up and drop off to make things a lot easier.

Pros: Pretty quick. Staff were efficient

Cons: Didn’t like that I had paid for full insurance cover via discover cars and then told on pick up that I would still have to pay any damage charges locally and then claim back from discover cars afterwards. Call me naive but I thought the whole point of full cover was to make it easier/less stressful without any of this (potential) hassle. As it turns out nothing went wrong but I found it annoying.

Pros: Smooth pick-up & dro-off.

Cons: The holes in insurance policy (door damage due to high wind) and huge excesses are quite a problem. An insurance policy (even £15/day) for waiving all excesses (and I do mean absolutely all) would be useful.
