Pros: Unfortunately only drop off key as it was easy all we had to do it drip the key through letter box
Cons: There’s not enough space here to write how unprofessional service we experience as well as worrying for other customers I hope they will improve their service after my worrying comments made while picking up the car. We experience worst service we ever faced while renting a car and mainly they could have put our baby in danger by giving us unacceptable car seat as it was falling into pieces it’s horrible to even think about what could of happened if we had an accident!!!

Pros: They were fast...even if it was fast to upcharge me money they did manage to get me in and out quickly.
Cons: They fined me for traveling outside of Poland despite me already telling the associate that I was going to do so upon pickup. Further they said my paid for full coverage was not sufficient and charged me for their full coverage (or else I would be stranded without).

Cons: the company cancelled my reservation while I was on the plane. When I got to the airport 1 hour late because of my delays they told me They cancelled it and they still have the car and if I want it I have to pay for a brand new reservation. They really tried to scam me. When I called my cc company and tried to file a claim they called me back saying it’s now available to me. The person I spoke to on the phone is a moron in this company

Pros: My flight was delayed by 1 hour due to strikes on airport then it took us nearly over 1 hour to cross passport control, when we arrived well withing office openning hours they said we are over 1 hour late??? And they gave our car to someone else.. there was nobody on the desk, it said i will be right back ring the number...so when we rang the number, member of staff said office is now closed (at 2pm) for the rest of the day as he had to go home and there is nobody else to give us a car???
Pros: There were hidden fees that I was not made aware of until I was at the counter.
Cons: The car did not have the basic amenities that most cars have at this time, namely an adequate USB charger that connects to a display for navigation.

Cons: Global were quite aggressive regarding Insurance. We purchased full insurance through your website, but still Global insisted that this was not good enough and tried to hard sell more insurance. On returning the car to Warsaw (fully cleaned!) Global were reticent to Check the car back in in-person. After much persuasion they came with me back to the carpark to check the car over - very grumpy representative was then intent on finding ANY small blemish to make me feel uncomfortable
Cons: Car was broken, had to return back to airport in less than a half an hour of driving. Extremely long wait for pickup, no support when I returned and complained about car condition. No car replacement offered. I was left on my own by your company agent on the airport. Total lack of communication from customer support. After 2 weeks still no response for my email.
Cons: Received downgraded car. Representative said I was lucky I got a car at all as they were very busy….absolute shambles. No refund for downgrade. I do not even understand how you have them listed as a rental company. Zero reliability. When returning the car apparently there was a scratch on the roof which as soon as I started to take photo of it and used my finger to rub it off, it became not a scratch anymore and the checker signed the report defects free. Scam attempt. That’s how I see it.

He not let me rent a car if I don`t pay for global rent insurance even that i show him I already paid for insurance when I booked renting, he doesn't want me to listening and over talk to me . very rude person. they don't like when you buy insurance with different company then them .

Pros: First of all, office was closed when we arrived at 1pm. We had to wait 20 min. For some one to come. Second of , there was no car available which I booked 3 month earlier. It supposed to be SUV- AWD, type like VW Tiguan. Agent apogee me instead small hatchback (totally different class) for the same money. What a joke. Very unprofessional company and should not be in a business at all. Terrible customer service. Will never recommend to anyone. I had to rent car with different rental company

If you have left your credit card details - it is too late, I am afraid. Fully paid insurance is wortless accordingly to them. They have marked back seats as dirty even though I have not opened back door at all. Do not answer phone. No customer service available. VW Golf or similiar = damaged unreliable KIA Ceed.

Cons: Car was not what I booked. I booked a VW Polo or equivalent. I was given a Kia Picanto which is similar to a VW UP! I also had to carry the child seat I'd pre-booked, to the car (along with my luggage and child in a pushchair) and fit it myself with no instructions! If the child seat is pre-booked, why is it not already fitted correctly in the car??? Bodywork was poor condition, the clutch was going, making gear changes difficult and the brake pads were worn judging by the noise they made!

Cons: Car was not checked for fault before rental and was given with safety issues what was not obvious at point of picking up. Agreement designed to scam customers. Agent did not wait longer then 59 minutes then agreed time even when plane arrival was late.

Cons: They ruined my vacation because they gave me expired car documents. I paid extra to leave the country and I wasn’t able to do so because of the expired documents, the border police turned us away. We called their office and they couldn’t do anything for us. This issue has still not been resolved.

Cons: Global Rent A Car failed to state important information about credit card requirements that forced me to pay double the originally agreed price. I believe the company intentionally acted in bad faith to extract extra money from a tourist placed in a vulnerable position.
Cons: First of all They charged us 204$ insted of 140$. They didnt return the diposet yet! they said it takes 2 weeks. The worth thing is, they are the only company or place i gave my credit card information and the next day the used my card by 15 charges of 99₪ each time. And because of this my cridet card company blocked my card for the rest of my tour. During the week i can not use my card, left with out money during my vication.

Car rental agent did not pick-up the phone after I left his office. It was difficult to find Global’s Rent-a-Car Parking spot in gigantic Parking

Pros: It took 25 minutes to serve each of the 2 clients which were ahead of me plus 25 minutes for me. The forms I have already filled up at booking had to be re-entered manually. Nothing was automated and person at the counter was very stoic about it. This seemed to be normal for him.

Cons: The car was in a very poor condition and covered which scrapes and scratches. The representative was never at the rental desk and I had to wait 30 mins to collect the car. Drop off, they didn't even answer the phone so I had to drop the keys in the post box. Then they have now found some more damage on the car (on the roof) and are trying to charge me for this. The car requires a full respray anyway as it is covered in dents and dings!! Very, very disappointed.....

Cons: I rented a car and renew it 3 times. the first car has a problem with low battery and called a road assistant. the second car has 104,000 km on it. Rental office is hard to find and always vacant. In addition to the protection I purchased through Discover Cars, Global rent convinced me to purchase an additional coverage from them to cover everything including cleaning. After dropping the car, they withdraw 300zl for a car cleaning.

It said that because my credit card had to spell out my first name (rather than just use an initial), I would have to use a debit card and pay £150 more for insurance.

Cons: Long lines to pick up, noone there at drop off, not sure where to drop off. Wouldn't accept my credit card at pick up, (the same one I used for the deposit that worked) because the numbers on the credit card were printed and on the back. Crazy outdated policy. So I had to go back to my far away hotel for the 2nd time because a US drivers license and credit card is not enough to rent a car at Global. Overall terrible communication and customer service!

Cons: It appears I was one, of many, scammed by this car rental agency. Global/ Flex Rent a Car claimed I returned the car with four new damages. Upon inspection of the time stamped videos/ photos I took before and after, as well as the knowledge I didn't have any issues with the car, I looked into the reputation of this car rental agency online. I was distraught to see ~800+ negative reviews of this companies operation in Poland (on Trustpilot/ Google Reviews/ TripAdvisor).
Pros: Very professional and friendly. Also very helpful and informative. Helped me to solve a puzzle of renting in a face of difficulty related to fraud commited on my credit card and this card having to be closed. We still found tge solution allowing me to rent a car.
Cons: I booked partially paid but upon picking up the car I was charged much more than the quote and invoice stated I have left to pay. The car was extremely dirty inside and out. The prerental condition report I was given was for the wrong car. Overall worst car rental place ever.

I was handed damaged car with a large number of additional damaged elements which were not in the initial protocol and the company attempts to charge me for those even without having any conversation - just issuing an invoice! without even caring about an e-mail i sent them with all the damages photoes made at pickup...

A young driver fee of 10.00 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 25, with a maximum of 50.00 EUR per rental.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee of 10.00 EUR per day, with a maximum of 50.00 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 18 to 24.
The Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 70 to 99.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 180 days.
The main driver's full first and last name must be on the credit card without abbreviations.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
