Cons: Communication was poor. There is no kiosk for discovercars.com. It was actually ‘getyourcar’ at the ‘Sixth’ desk. It took us 40mins and lots of walking around the airport grounds to find this out. There is a very small sign at the ‘sixth’ desk for ‘getyourcar’. The guy on the Sixth desk had a bad attitude. We did not receive a car for our trip.

Cons: I ordered a Ford Focus and got a Nissan Note, a much smaller car! The rental company did not agree to give a focus and claimed that it was the same category. If I had known this in advance I would have ordered a Nissan Note which also costs less money.

Cons: I booked Ford Focus/VW Golf (C-segment), but rep from GetYourCar (which is Sixt) offered only Toyota Aqua, no alternatives. Aqua is a) B-segment car, b) VW Polo class, but not Golf size and comfort wise for sure, c) exclusively built for JDM, not European market. Rental desk rep was super arogant, insisted it's the same class as Golf, offered no alternatives, only upgrade to Passat at a double of price I paid booking. Never ever go for Sixt or GetYourCar again. Never ever pre-pay my booking.

Cons: The GetYourCar sign was very small - I was unaware that it was associated with Sixt so it was easy to disregard that kiosk even though I was supposed to go there. The desk agent was unbelievably rude. When I asked where I should go she gestured to the Getyourcar sign in disbelief. At times I didn't write understand what she was saying and she shouted "I just told you that" when I was querying a payment. I was calm and polite the entire time and was really shocked at the poor customer service.

Also I paid for full insurance when I booked online but I was forced to take out insurance again (at 16 euros per day) when picking up the car.
